It doesn't mean a bid isn't coming. |
Confident statement by the Chairman to buy £100k. Also means that there is no inside information currently, so no bids and due diligence bubbling along, but that can wait, and the business can grow a little more first. The price is ticking along nicely in the right direction. |
on what basis C77? Edited: I see by your previous posts that you are just one of those unsubstantiated rampers. i.e. Looser |
Take over getting closer. £2.80. |
Not even worth laughing at the IC - just best to ignore completely |
Should we laugh at the IC Epistrophy ? |
IC was a sell recc at 71p last year... |
A sell recommendation by the IC |
Why oh dear? Nothing horrendous... |
oh dear, back down to £1.30 |
Only pleasant ones I hope.. |
results on 29th, any surprises? |
Well I watched the webinar on 9 June and am satisfied that the company has a bright future. A global company with niche products, and developing new ones. What’s not to like? Any bid would need to be 50% above the present share price to interest me. |
Another bid imminent? |

Did this last week before the rise from 150, fell in the morning, flat lined then rose from around 3 onwards, couldn’t get my head round why |
We are hosting a joint webinar with Yellowstone for a presentation with Elementis on the 9th June which may be of interest to current shareholders and potential investors. James Curran, Director of IR, M&A and Strategy gives the latest updates: |
TVRs are standard procedure - nothing to do with brewing.
I said a long time back that I thought this would get taken out and I still think so - but probably not when anyone thinks so! |
We have had three bids rejected this year so far, total voting rights announcement today, something is brewing |
Might be wrong but I don’t see anything which indicates a bid. Broker increased price target to 170p last week, Croda (similar industry) got a big upgrade yesterday and the share price is basically underwritten at 160p. All those three combined, along with a general acceptance that the share price is currently undervalued, would suggest that a slow movement (with some big rises and then bit of fall back)to around 170p isn’t unexpected. |
250 - 285 would not be beyond reason |
I would be delighted with that |
