Where are you getting 5m for Bulgins from?

It did 3m in first half and they have a stronger orderbook for the second one.

Doesn't that make 6m++.

If Daley hadn't been on a reckless acquisition spree the share price would be nearer £1.

You can be assured the directors will not benefit through fraudulent conduct however.

Tilly is correct millions and millions are involved.

Fair enough RoddieI have sold all my cheapies and will now hold This mgmnt have basically screwed up and lost 10s of millions of shareholder funds However i still think Bulgin is worth more than the current mkt cap and these shares are cheap here 25p and I'm out for nothing..not something I'm proud of..but we all know with different mgmnt we would have all made so much money

On back of yesterday's interims I'm upgrading Ekt target price to 25p from 20pBulgin could make 5m this year Pe of 8 is 22pI will give Checkit and the rest a value of 3p to be very conservative !!Very strong buyWatch this boom

Quite right sticky, they seem remarkable pleased with themselves having taken a £60m turnover + £6m profit down to £30m turnover and £2m profit.
Quite how you come up with £2m profit i am not sure.....oh yes you simply dont count the losses of Checkit.
My car cost me 5p a mile to run...if i don't count petrol :-)

This statement from the accounts is not correct and misleading..

7. Cautionary statement

"This interim financial information has been prepared only for the shareholders of Elektron as a whole and its sole purpose and use is to assist shareholders to exercise their governance rights. Elektron and its Directors and employees are not responsible for any other purpose or use or to any other person in relation to this report."

If any anyone reads these accounts and buys shares in the company and later finds out the company has misled shareholders, the directors would be liable. A new shareholder can also make the company directors liable for previous wrongs prior to him purchasing shares.

Furthermore if anyone ( whether shareholder or not) including its employees is aware of any illegality with regards to this statement they can report the directors to both the police and FCA.

The cautionary statement is an astonishing wrongful comment by the company and its directors who are all jointly and severally liable for it being published.

I think they did and this statement is another example of his incompetence.

Well that may be part the answer, but there is evidence the company directors been deceitful in relation to their connector business previously, they had a tooling issue which affected margins.

Since the closure of the Torquay site seems to have made a huge impact on profitability, you have to ask which clown(s) decided to relocate so many businesses to that site.

Just to remind all readers, there is a criminal investigation underway with regards to the illegal trade of shares in Elektron and further criminal conduct.

I can say no more at the moment but these matters are of public interest to both investors and prospective investors.

It has also been made perfectly clear to all of the defendants in respect of my litigation, that I am to seek a committal sentence for all of the wrongdoing.

If I had a quality product in place to ensure customers of compliance I would want to advertise that!

This company has a habit of not being transparent, as a matter of fact I have evidence of criminal conduct.
