I am not going to say anything that will damage your chances of getting out with a good profit.
Titman Tip Tools Gmbh had sales of GBP2.0 million and profit in excess of £100,000 and was sold for peanuts a few months ago
Checkit has a contract that eventually could be worth 600k and it's very unlikely to turn a profit on that.
Work it out yourselves.

There could be lots of reasons to not disclose the name of a client including :-

The client may have asked not to be named.

EKT may have targeted sinilar customers and don't want to alert the competition.

Hopefully it's the latter as that would indicate there could be more similarly sized contracts to the one just won in the pipeline.

There is no reason why the company should not reveal who the contract is with if they do not do so its further evidence of depriving ordinary shareholders of important information.

Agreed it may not be compassI would like a nice contract with an international chain like compass or macdonaldsDownside here is now limited Rise in sterling and traction on Checkit should mean a rise to 20p over next few weeksNow have to decide when to sell as I got a few shares here still

Its not clear who the contract is with not very transparent!!!

The buyers in Ruff will probably know, which will be exposed at some juncture.

On another slant illegal trading makes AGM unlawful. Shareholders need not concern themselves over directors re-appointed.

You haven't seen my can opener! The FCA has prosecuted a number of people the last few years and going for more and more companies now.

edit: Tapes can be obtained by court orders more conversations are recorded these days.

If you think for a micro second that there isn't a criminal investigation underway you are very much mistaken, its only right everyone is aware of these matters. It would be extremely foolish of me to publish false information, after I have accused the company of doing the same thing.

Daley and Wilson are going to be removed in any event, I cannot go into detail but there is a criminal investigation underway.

All that said, Checkit has cost the company millions thus far, Daley should have been removed years ago his acquisition strategy utterly failed.

His holding including anyone else who have set to benefit through wrongdoing could be confiscated as compensation.

That means the EBT, J Wilson's holding and share options, Kinder's holdings, and Andrew Perloff as well. I have information he has picked up shares when privy to price sensitive information as well.

You take all their shares away and the ball game is completely changed, ordinary shareholders have been unfairly diluted.

I wish I could tell shareholders more but I do not want to prejudice a criminal inquiry.
