Yes they do!

The family of Peter Whear who know he died before he was able to claim compensation!

This is why I shall be seeking a committal sentence to all who have been involved in fraudulent conduct.

Despite considerable drawbacks I am still ploughing on, at some stage there will be more revealed.

The case Law of Lord Denning has yet to be fully played out. Legal action is still ongoing Elektron stating the dismissal of the court of appeal was the end of the road, not the case.

2+2 doesn't make 5 no one can get a right answer out of anything wrong!

"Oh what a web they weave when they set out to deceive" so the saying goes, and it will all be unravelled in due course. No one will benefit from anything wrong, and that is the principle of our justice system.

The AGM and whether all resolutions were passed has no concern to me, any AGM's can be made unlawful if there has been any wrongdoing, and there has been considerable wrongdoing.

The case Law of Lord Denning has yet to be fully played out.

The share price is just a small piece in a bigger picture all I am concerned about is Justice.

The matter gets more complex as every day goes by however I am confident all can be unravelled in due course.

Rome wasn't built in a day and the more serious wrongdoings the more chance of obtaining justice in due time.

So far as I am concerned litigation continues and it will do so for some time to come. More court applications are to be placed before the courts shortly.

Ever more people are to be implicated in wrongdoing there are many avenues to keep going down.

Its the people who have done wrong who should be more concerned.

Well isn't it strange the company not giving the percentage count for their resolutions!!!!

It wont be difficult to obtain these and it wont be difficult to obtain some other information in due course!

Things haven't changed so far as my actions are concerned in fact there are numerous avenues which are on-going at the moment which I have no intention of revealing until such time as its necessary.

What I can say is there has been more wrongdoing come to light by a number of organisations and individuals apart from the company and its directors and all these matters will be dealt with in due course.

Elektron Technology plc

("Elektron" or the "Company")

AGM Trading Update

Ahead of its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 6 July 2017, Elektron Technology plc, the technology group, provides an update on recent trading.

Checkit, the Group's Internet of Things business, has made good progress year to date, working with commercial organisations of all sizes to replace pen and paper with digital, cloud based solutions. Highlights include:

Ø Trials and evaluations at a number of major organisations operating multiple sites in food service and retail. Contracts have been won in leisure, hospitality and food processing organisations as well as multiple small and medium sized food service businesses at an increasing rate;

Ø Becoming an approved supplier to Compass, the global market-leading provider of outsourced catering solutions, with Checkit now installed and in use at client sites including major UK supermarkets, blue chip organisations and one of the world's largest, US headquartered, technology companies;

Ø Creating a partnership with Towergate Insurance to reduce the cost of business insurance to Checkit customers in recognition of the role Checkit plays in reducing risk associated with food safety and compliance.

Bulgin's order book remains ahead of this time a year ago. This business has continued to make strategic progress as outlined in our Annual Report. Results, including the launch of its M-Series connector range have been ahead of expectations in the first half.

Discussions regarding the sale of Titman continue whilst, as previously reported, the other businesses within the IMC portfolio are being managed with a view to eliminating losses in this segment.

The closure of the Group's Torquay site is close to being completed on time and on cost.

Elektron expects to provide an update on current year first half sales and cash on 10 August 2017.

Doesn't matter if they chase the wrong guy, it provides legal cover to go on a trawl against everyone else (ie the real target)... As in, "we were responding to concerns regarding x, and in doing so, found y, in z's emails".

Beeks I remember Castleford being taken in we had a good talk about it at the time we both knew someone was leaking information and they picked the wrong guy up with CT.

Things have changed now and its relatively easy to uncover a ID if there is clear evidence of wrongdoing and also including defamation.

Talk soo CT a lot on my mind lately and lot of things going to transpire.

CT and I go back a long time, he is jolly very decent chap indeed.

I bow to your superior knowledge then but unless things have changed it seemed pretty easy then.
Always happy to learn.

No it can't. Not legally by professional means anyway. Data protection laws state you need to apply for any identifying details, so the route would be courts, advfn, courts, network provider. Not an easy or cheap task.

Its actually very difficult to get peoples info unless that person divulges information to make tracking then easier and/or someone pays a good chunk of cash to get the info.

You can't just track up at advfn or the courts and expect them to give the info without a damn good reason!

To be fair I was pulled in many years ago after some of my posts on TRAFFICMASTER were later found to be correct.
The truth was that I was guessing what the directors were up to. Admittedly it was more than a guess as I understood the company better than the BOD and standing away from it gave me a better understanding.
They were convinced I was getting info from a director that they thought I new.
Standard things like which flying club/which golf club etc.
The leak was eventually found to be a relation who read some papers left on the kitchen table!

It took them very little time to find "the Tiger"

No one is fraudulently claiming to be QC and that has been accepted by a Judge in the recent litigation!

Everyone knows Simon Templar QC was a fictional character on a TV serious a long while ago.
