Yes but i am referring to the share price movement at FCR and giving my theory. FCR is totally speculative and attracts the traders.

The problem here is and has always been the BOD. Daley knows if he controls the board he can do anything he wants including paying himself anything he wants as we have seen totally regardless of performance. Its a blank cheque.
The shareholder value principle set out by Mark Mizruchi and Howard Kimeldorf calls for firms’ boards to be independent from their corporate executives, specifically, for the head of the board to be someone other than the CEO and for the board to be independently chosen. An independent board can best objectively monitor CEO undertakings and risk in other words had Elektron had an independent board it would never have got into this mess in the first place. These sorts of basic principles for management are there for a very good reason and as soon as management think they are better than the rules that apply to others it should be a warning to all investors.

If your plan is to average down and get out ASAP is it wise to say that here after all someone is going to have to buy your shares so your views are best kept private ?

BlackNot being flash but don't have liquidity issues and my long term holdings make me much more than my short termI made v v good money in dwha ,bsg,pst,gld syna and other lth Yes this one I've got v wrong but I miscalculated with the mgmnt here so I'm averaging to sell to get me out of this messI'm a believer that you make the v good money holding for the long term

I think it's like all AIM now, no one wants to get caught so they all pile in the day before news and all pile out the day after.
With all due respect to your investment here its been basically dead money for years that could have been working a lot harder elsewhere. The FCR share price is driven by day traders and MM's playing off against each other i think. The spanish news has been overdone IMHO, 1/3 of zinc mines lose money, if FCR are paying 460k for a licence you can bet thats all its worth. the share price will still spike because lets face it SP's bear no relation to the actual value of the company's and that's all we need , its just a matter of timing. Its a mugs game going long on the AIM now, you just set yourself up for endless dilutions and cash calls and the share price collapses while everyone looks for the next new thing.

I just hope we get the FCR news soon. The rumour is the delay is because Justin is also drawing up plans for a JV on the Goldcrest deal.
Somehow you can never sleep easy on the AIM until the papers are signed such is the distrust in AIM management these days. Personally i think we may do better than 0.5 because the real news will be about Moonlights future.

Spec has every right to post here as does anyone else, it's an open public discussion board. The only reason i threaten to moderate it is the personal attacks are unnecessary.
Personally i don't think anyone here least of all Barrie would blame spec7 for his current situation on the contrary what he needed was support from other major holders but he was left out in the cold.
Quite frankly you come on here and moan about management 24/7 and yet are not prepared to do anything about it other than invest further in them.
Can we please call this subject closed

Calls it a hole in the ground and anyone would be mad to invest in mining right now....
Well a couple of weeks ago he bought 32 million shares in the placing there ?

We know half the placing is with me 75k and the RNS (65k) son that's 140 not coming out yet

One other thing...
You said you would run naked round trafalgar square if the markets didn't crash and would never post here again. Its been a year now and any crash coming would not be related to the problems you were basing your predictions on a year ago, we didn't even have a brexit vote then.
Economists like you play a 50/50 game, most said there would be an immediate crash the day after the brexit vote including the chancellor, instead we have house prices picking up, high st sales on the rise, the Ftse at a near all time high and the £ is already recovering against the €






The fact is if you keep calling a crash...one day you will get it right, its the law of averages.

That's really odd because i was talking to Barry yesterday and we were laughing at this stupid idea you have . No one here thinks for one moment Barry would do anything he didn't want to do 100% himself. Once again you are totally wrong and of course you could ring Barry yourself but why spoil a good story with the facts

and no i didn't lose money here ! how could i when you know i sold 25% of my holding at 38.5p and another 25% at 25p and had an ave of 15p and i even told everyone on here at the time what i was doing and why
