Irrelevant the votes as daley has controlHe will pay himself bonuses for years to come out of kilter with ekt financial performance If you ate so adamant that ekt shares are too high sell short ..go on!!You are all mouth and bitter cos what happened to your mate JeffI also wanted Geoff to stay but daley thought he could do a lot better..daley couldn't and can't but he knows while ekt stays solvent he can earn 300k pa for doing v little except pour all out earnings into checkit

I have to agree with Jugger here, you simply cant buy on a Monday and slag the management off on Tuesday. Lets see what the next set of figures say but i suspect that with Checkit being a black hole with no figures what you get will be pretty meaningless.

You really are a prize pat :-) I have no problem with Daley sipping champagne, you paid for it. As for 10p today ?? This company loses money hand over fist and as always the accounts are smoke and mirrors as Chuckit is a great unknown financially.
You are a major shareholder, you don't use your vote, you didn't back Barry now all you do is moan and pile more money into this dog while proclaming Barry was right !!.
As for 10p ? I guess that comes from the same economic school of thinking that predicted a 70% drop in the markets a year ago and here we are with markets flying high. What exactly is worth 10p here, i doubt the non tangibles would stack up much above 2p....and that would be good for an AIM minnow on the way down...

True spec so true, let's see what's happens after 6 month figures, my feeling is board are insulating their selfs for sell out, checkit is just an excuse to burn money towards that and hide how badly this group is run.

As for all your crying out loud here pat !! Yes this probably is the worse performing tech share on the AIM but investing further this week will not change that !!
I have little doubt Daley is down at glyndebourne even as we speak, sipping champagne and quite frankly i doubt he could give a toss what you or I think on here :-)

D&A are just trying to save their initial investment, whether pouring more money in is the answer remains to be seen. At the time the company was on the brink of going bust and a couple of million £ at least delayed the wolves at the door.
The problem with your thinking above pat ia Rotatherm offered 10p but since then EKT has been broken up and diluted even further. By the time the penny drops and Checkit is quietly forgotten about its doubtful that what is left by then will be worth 10p.
No one has heard any good news about checkit despite several launches and many million wasted. we know legacy products have been under funded in preference to Checkit and the longer this checkit nonsense goes on the less there will be of EKT left to pick up the pieces.
Its ironic that this company once on the crest of a wave with the newly acquired profitable Hartest was worth 45p, now we are arguing whether it will ever reach 10p again.
Its a bit late now to start saying Barry was right but this latest bonus nonsense is all ammunition for "round two" ;-)

I notice that next years bonus is dependent on an increase in just 10pct on a 700 number!!With 45m turnover that's 0.000007 per 1k of profitHave u ever Kd it taking the peeHe should be forgoing bonuses into our shares are above 10p and checkit is a successHe will have poured 5m into checkit by the time we know it's successful or not so why should he get bonuses in the mean time when Bulgin makes a profit come what may ??!!

There are no holders left because of gross mismanagement going right back to Hartest pat. Can anyone name a single success here in the last 5 years ?
