that wasnt the point of the post, was it. you said they paid £3m... in reality they paid an enterprise value of £8m. when you take on a company you also take on their debt....is that too much for you to comprehend ?

The fact they that had to sell the freeholds to pay off the debt PROVES that.. otherwise they would have kept the loot. get it numpty ?

The actual cost for EKT was approx 1.5 million in cash and the other half in shares. Approx £3 million in total.

EKT will be left with good cash to pursue further growth.

Elektron acquired HOH for approx 3 million and they have sold some of the freeholds for approx £4.5 million !!!

From Jan 2006......

What did hvs buy WDNY at now ?.....59p was it ;-)...So thays 50k at 59p = £29500......today thats worth £25000 ie a loss of £4400 in two days !!

Be carefull of the 2 fusey threads there is a copy ie ffusebox !!!

Good news indeed. If your average is 12p well I reckon you will be more than 50% up later this year.

We are looking at a 50% upside in profit due to cost cuts which will flow through and be shown Sept/Oct.

When i bought my last ( and most expensive ) top-up @ 14.75 certain thread bashers couldn't bring themselves to say anything positive, well my average is about 12.0p and i'm at least 33% in credit and reckon i'll be 50% within a few months.

Clearly others with more money than I seem to be buying this share, what next ?, offer, new contracts, new acquisitions ? or perhaps all of these.
