Interesting. There has been a lot of consolidation recently. I think it will carry on for a as well. EKT is a prime target at this low price particuarly as they have offshore manufacturing and well established products and a strong balance sheet. There would have to be quite a premium on the price though to even tempt holders.

As soon as EKT gets the 90% and HOH gets delisted EKT should climb upwards. Th mms and brokers know all this.

Fuzz, is that the same "should" as EKT should be "50p by Oct 2004?"

I see that EKT issued new shares when buying Howle, which means that you are below 3% ... gonna buy more?

Well if you look at the 4 year chart from 2p to 17.5p yes. At the moment most investors are fully loaded and a few tiddlers just exiting the market. They will regret it in a few months time when the company reports again. Im confident that this co will be delivering very good profits soon.

Factory orders are up again

If you consider oil and copper are down now and EKT been pushing through price increases everything is looking good.

Yields and rent/lease are about the same. Comercial property is on a high at the moment but whats more important is obtaining cash for investment paying off debt and acquisitions.

An astute FCA will make the cash work for the benefit of the investors!

surely it is better to turnaround the business and then sell it on or sell the business and keep the freehold!
