hillbrown - I bought in with my profits from CAE on Friday,

- I like the look of this company and what they do - reckon they are cheap
at the moment.
- The last trading update in December was bullish and they've met forecast
- last 3 years there has been an increase in annual turnover and increase in pretax profits
- and also the chart is starting to look very good - bouncing off 5p , I reckon we should see 10p in the near future

Trading Update & Retirement of Director


The Directors of Electric Word plc ("Electric Word" or the "Company") are
pleased to announce a positive start to trading for the 2004/05 academic year.
The beginning of the new academic year in September has a significant influence
on the Company's fourth quarter performance and the early signs have been that
demand continues to be strong for the Company's education management
publications and events.


The Directors also announce that, as the Company ends its financial year,
Sylvester Stein has announced his intention to retire from the Board on December
31st 2004, at the age of 84. Peter Rigby, Chairman of Electric Word, commented "
Sylvester's energy, expertise and unrivalled enthusiasm have been an inspiration
for our Company and one of the foundation stones of the specialist publishing
industry as a whole. We thank him warmly for his unique contribution, and we are
delighted to report that he will continue to work closely with the Company on a
consultancy basis."


Electric Word intends to release its results for the year ended 30 November 2004
in mid-February 2005. The Directors are confident that these results will be in
line with Board and stock-market expectations.

I hope you are right KK as I bought a 100k last week at 6.25 to average down my earlier purchase of 50k at 8p. Whats your excuse/reason for your 'bullish feel'?

there is a bullish feel to these at the moment and the chart looks see for a break to 10p first stop

Yes and an awful lot for me. My broker was over enthususiatic! Its great having a broker to blame. Of course I could have instructed him to sell some but didnt.

It now seems to be creeping upwards again.
I am one of those mutts who bought at 10p during last years euphoria.
