He now holds 1,096,430 shares, representing 1.15 pct. The company also said chief operating officer Dominic Jacquesson has acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the company at 7.5 pence each. Price is now 8/8.5. Could be this announcement causing the rise but more likely a substantial buyer in the background as the volume is still low.
