Looks like the bears such Smithie6, Paul Ahdal and MBContrarian of Ciphersense Research - with the latter even publishing a 47.5p price target in June 2020 claiming ELCO was 44% over-valued - may have inadvertently lost a lot of money for novice investors who mistakenly followed their thoughts.

I'd like to see JH as a shareholder - perhaps some juicy performance related options is a good idea.

I see that there has been some string pulling behind the scenes
& Kevin Craig has gone
no surprise there imo,
for me he wasn't qualified or experienced for the role he was given, & his actions reflect that imo

Renumeration committee completely shaken up, in reaction imo to the harsh criticism received, justifiably.

& someone put in there that was involved in writing the guidelines for Renum. Committees. interesting. (& with an impressive CV)

Will the new renumeration committee now revise/modify the actions of the past one ?

(the conduct of the chairwoman & renum. com. were 'maverick' imo. These changes recognise that imo)

The chairwoman is moving to be non+exec.; had to happen imo, & should they ever have been executive as chairperson ?

Strengthening the Board with numerous changes. Not letting the grass grow under their feet by looking to future expansion (which can't be bad for shareholders).

Chairman's comment (from update):

"I am pleased to report that Eleco performed extremely well in the first half of 2021, with strong organic revenue, profit and cash flow growth, while also transforming the business to meet its future needs. This strong performance ideally positions us to accelerate the execution of our strategy to increase subscription income, which is focused on driving long-term organic revenue growth and enhancing the value we provide to our customers. Eleco will continue to generate positive cash flow in the second half of the year and is on track to deliver in line with market expectations".

Well looking at the Equity Development peer group, Eleco is conservatively half the rating, 250p will be nice.....

Thats the great bit. Against 2019 gives us something tangible to measure.
