01/5/2024 09:51 | Agreed. Despite buying in again recently at 6.5, I couldn't be happier to see the price dip to 5.8. I checked the results, saw that everything was in line with expectations (no new information, in other words) and doubled my holding at an average price of 5.95. As an investor, it's difficult not to lament a price dip, but as someone with money spare, I relish at the opportunity to buy more. Yesterday was just another buying opportunity. Whenever I see the market responding negatively to good news, I'm rubbing my hands together. I like to think about it the way Benjamin Graham put it. When the share price falls, that's risk being removed. In other words, any previously held optimism is being sold away and you are left with just the valuation arrived at by looking at the fundamentals, minus a discount factor reflecting investor lack of confidence. EAAS has a history of making great investments and now, with a strong balance sheet, I see it delivering more high returns. With better financing options, they will be able to scale up to higher value projects. I don't see the latest large contract win shortly after the receipt of £29m and new credit facility as a coincidence. I see it as a turning point regarding the size of the deals we can expect from the company, which should be an exciting prospect for even a cautious investor. | cameronrtd
01/5/2024 08:28 | Yes a good update by Simon Thompson. This company is well under-valued imho | parsons4

30/4/2024 11:50 | Agreed a disappointing market reaction. I suspect they focused on the reduced headline profit. The company were at pains to point out this was due to the stretched availability of finance for new projects at the time and the general slowdown in commitments due the general belt tightening environment last year.So where are we now. All debts cleared. Cash positive. A 40m loan facility agreed to allowing scale up to bid for multi site contracts with bigger organisations. The order pipeline accelerating and looking to outperform in H2 24. Great time to buy for a genuine investor. All IMHO | pcok

30/4/2024 09:18 | Well I thought fairly decent results but clearly market doesn't like it .....not sure if this company will move very much as constantly refers to 13p share price as a fair marker but never got near it | lee181067

30/4/2024 07:31 | "Balance sheet transformed, pipeline building" (new research report) eEnergy’s FY23 results are in line with expectations, having been well flagged in the March update. Recent months have seen the balance sheet transformed by the disposal of Energy Management and growth capacity materially enhanced by a £40m project funding facility with NatWest. H1’24 results are likely to be softer than expected but last week’s c. £5.2m contract win with Spire Healthcare – one of the Group’s largest to date – gives us confidence in pipeline conversion and a meaningful step-up in revenue and profitability from H2. eEnergy is now well capitalised, with an excellent track record of growth (three-year CAGR of 58% within Energy Services). We expect this to continue, driven by an ambitious management team with a focused strategy to capitalise on a highly attractive market with significant scale. Our Fair Value estimate of 13p per share represents an EV/EBITDA rating of c.8.5x our FY26 forecast. This is in line with the current FY1 EV/EBITDA rating of the peer group. Note that our forecasts do not include the potential benefit of deferred consideration from the EM disposal, which management estimates at between £8m and £10m over the next two years.
