I think the big advantage is that this is for business in the public sector, in other words supported by government one way or another. There must be a huge demand from schools and other public sector entities for energy saving projects. And valued at £25m EAAS are far too cheap IMHO.

I'm just impressed no placing tbh.

Definitely very good news, and an essential step, but at the end of the day it's just a debt facility. Am I right in saying that the £5m ebitda business is still in the group. So we have a debt free £5m ebitda biz valued at about £25m? And now we have one with a big debt facility? All looks very good to me.

Expected but not guaranteed... as flagged already trading was at the lower end of market expectations so this won't be a surprise... focus will be more on the outlook post cash in from the division sale..."Strengthened balance sheet will remove cash constraints which have held back growth in recent periods, as a result of which the Board currently expect trading for the period to 31 December 2023 to be at the lower end of market expectations. The Company expects to announce a trading update for the 18-month period ended 31 December 2023 in the second half of February 2024."

This is just another AIM share that most have given up on !!! But some like EAAS have done well, are in a great market with lot's of cash and good management. When AIM starts to recover the good companies will move very quickly IMHO
