20/8/2009 10:30 | Agree, these look set for a run up. | chester
18/8/2009 21:48 | Could be melody, good to see consoladation above 100p since June, and looking forward to the run up to full year results in November. | interceptor2
18/8/2009 16:06 | Hmmm - an interesting wedge forming - fancy an upward break out from here. | melody9999
30/7/2009 22:19 | Thanks interceptor2, Surprised that that kind of buying volume didn't have more of an effect on the price. When the larger trades were going through a month or so ago (the 250k ones), the price motored higher each time. Interesting.... | the_hedge
30/7/2009 18:02 | Not sure why W Dores sale hasn't shown, but last time he sold it was Jim Slater that picked up the holding. Should be a RNS soon with these large volumes going through. | interceptor2
30/7/2009 12:58 | There's also the other 700 odd k gone through also later in the day. But how come the 500k that Wynford Dore disposed of yesterday hasn't been shown up? Is there a reason why that would be held back? | the_hedge
29/7/2009 13:52 | So whats that 990k at 113p | chester
29/7/2009 11:27 | ready to run? | westcoastrich
22/7/2009 12:14 | Take a look at the apprenticeships skills children & learning bill that is winding its way through the legislative process. It had a reading in the House of Lords the other day and it was obvious that especially with the clause for educational provision with youth offenders that an electronic system of monitoring student progress will be needed that the prisons can access as well as the relavant local authorities. Talk about a spiders web of convoluted interested parties. But if you have an online student management system it should be a piece of cake. | bookworm1
22/7/2009 07:14 | Yep, nice move. | chester
21/7/2009 12:48 | boing.... nice to see this turn again... | johnthespacer
21/7/2009 11:02 | was hoping to get in at this level so feel good that its rising now and wouldnt be surprised to see late trades coming through in an hour or so | ghurah
14/7/2009 10:44 | Looks like its heading for the low 90's. Given the massive % rise over the last 12 months, not suprising that some are grabbing profits. | essentialinvestor
13/7/2009 14:18 | small top up from a director today then... | tdoghouse
07/7/2009 17:06 | I mentioned the growth on offer here, it's interesting to note that the consensus forecast back in March 2009 for 2009 was + 62% against +96.49% forcast now, and in March 2009 for 2010 was -18% against +1.79% forecast now. I know 2010 figures will be effected by a full tax charge, but I still feel brokers have been ultra cautious, leaving plenty of scope for further upgrades. | interceptor2
07/7/2009 09:53 | No share can go up for ever in a straight line, it has too pause somewhere. But the prospects remain excellent, should be a very profitable run towards finals in November. Still a undervalued price when you look at the growth to come. imo. | interceptor2
06/7/2009 19:28 | Acquisions kicking in and lots of growth in training imo EssentialInvestor. Taxis and Coaches all forced to have training even if you've driven them for 40 years and you have 10 times the experience of the guy testing you! It's getting rampant throught every industry now - compulsory training/testing even how to wipe your proverbial these days. It's all a load of nonsense but someone has to make loads of money doing it. CR | cockneyrebel

06/7/2009 15:29 | Looking at the last accounts there was a large currency gain, where is the growth coming from over the next 12 months?. | essentialinvestor
04/7/2009 11:43 | Well if they held onto their shares which accounted for 32% of the £2.5m sales price (in anticipation of good sales results) then they would have made a gain of £1.53m which would have compensated them for just falling short of the sales target. Just proves that Nigel is quite canny when it comes to acquiring companies and offering a win:win solution for both buyer and vendor. He did something similar when they took over Fusion Media and the subsequent improvement in their results suggest that he got that right too. | bookworm1
04/7/2009 10:55 | bookworm1, fair enough the ceo from aset has taken on a senior position with EDD, while other 4 directors resigned at the time of the takeover. Slaters will hold all the time the story with EDD doesn't change, as I can't see any change on the horizon I would expect them to stick around and keep enjoying the rerating. | interceptor2 |
