gizmot1000 Closing a Darwin route is all part of the pump and dump process. 'Hey look at us we're a serious company that no longer need SEDA funding. We attract real investors'If these lifestyle companies can attract PI money from BS RNS 's they will. That way they control when shares are issued at what price and how many. If they can't then the SEDA funder will.Whether discounted shares are issued from Darwin or themselves it's exactly the same thing.

like your comments about the lifestyle company...methinks an orchestrated pump and dump...and not accountable to anyone...the problem is that many small investors get their fingers burned but fail to learn from it...BUY CHEAP SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH FAITH IN A DREAM

steve50The ML is not fictional that would have been paid for to Tanzanian officials if you know what I mean.What is fictional is that this bacteria size company will ever raise enough money from the AIM to bring into commercial operation a coal mine and the required surrounding infrastructure. When they talk debt facilities they don't mean a loan from a bank they mean a SEDA funding arrangement from the likes of Yorkville, Bergen or Darwin.
