Depends on mm's. They would love to do a massive spike to 0.1p on news and then dump it. But EDL need to announce a coherent watertight RNS with mining licence, framework agreement, PPA and project funding, which they will need to have to satisfy TANESCo in order to take the project forward, so if they do that it will steadily rise back to previous levels.

The buyer will probably be connected with future financing. Buy the shares cheap, provide the funding and get an instant return on the shares. There has been no holding announcements but this is AIM.

Nope. mm's can buy shares off you in EDL at whatever price they feel like and sell to you at whatever price they feel like. Why buy from you at 0.03p when they can buy at 0.02p. They can drop it to 0.01p if they feel like it. As for placings, they probably don't have enough shares allotted for placings at this share price Financing will come from partners. The coal and the power plant project will still go ahead. EDL have the coal.
