03/4/2016 08:40 | LoveratGenuinely good post there and thankfully you don't place me in the TW camp ( LR2 thinks I am). Re Bulletin Boards, I would like to have discussed things like the Terpenetech funding in here a bit more, which was pretty much the main reason I started to sell up, but if you look back you will see that when I began to post I was getting attacked on her for my sudden appearance, had to "prove" who I was, then effectively dismissed as not being allowed a point of view as I was now a non holder, nice start. One or two here suggested I contact the company, they had and they were alright with it so basically "STFU quazie" I got no meaningful debate and I just don't get that. I don't get how an investor can be at all happy with the fact that it was portrayed as a great positive for the company, licence sale and real revenues etc when it just doesn't look that way to me. someone probably did a short term funding of £600k, got paid £900k back for not a lot of risk and the company got enough dough to keep itself running until they were able to persuade a fund manager to get investing, but we don't get told any of that. So the company don't tell us the real story and it's not up for debate on here. Clearly it is going to be difficult from here on in for you longs, you are going to have to work hell of a hard to figure what's really going on when this BoD make future announcements.Q12 | quazie12

02/4/2016 15:13 | Hillofwad. Couldn't agree more although I struggle to find the good points and the final score says it all. During the last Edencast TW describes EDENS tech as "fraudulent Technology" only a vendetta fuelled Dodo would show such wilful Blindness or deliberate ignorance. The Livingbridge DD and subsequent investment show he simply lacks credibility on both his understanding of the Technology and the Finances. Or is he just turning a blind eye to the facts? Game Over | supersonico
02/4/2016 13:26 | SK Its like Whack A Mole with you. Seriously is that the best you can do to slag of Livingbridge coupling the VC,s it with Longbridge with it As for Longbridge failed plant it may be but certainly St Modwen wont complain making a fat profit out of its redevelopment You actually make some good points along the way but they get lost in your incessant quest to deramp | hillofwad
02/4/2016 13:19 | Cheap point Sweet Karolina, Shows what a cheap fella you are. Anyone posting sensible stuff gets the old TW trashing. Yes it should be livingbridge, but you knew what I mean't. As for the Greek shipment, if they'd sent it air freight then you'd be telling us they wasted money. We all know that it won't be used until the summer months. Thats the way it is. Get a life! | nick rev
02/4/2016 10:40 | Wow it took a long time for that shipment to reach Greece! Did they send it on the back of a donkey? Or maybe the ramping RNS about the shipment was a tad premature? Can't believe a word that comes from people who commit fraud. | sweet karolina
02/4/2016 10:37 | Nick Rev is glad longbridge is involved - A failed British Leyland plant with a history of terrible industrial relations. "It's a chicken and egg situation. If you believe that the product works and what they're saying isn't nonsense then buy. If you don't then stay clear. There is no more to be said really. I believe and I'm in. Longbridge believe and they're in. They also have much more knowledge of whats going on than i do, so I find that reassuring." Are all you ostriches really that clueless? What happened to the nematode agreement with Taminco that expired on 31 Mar 16 - strange there has been no mention of that in any RNS recently. I am assuming that the rest of the placing was done, it would have been nice if they confirmed it with an RNS. 18 months and all the cash will be gone with nothing to show for it. | sweet karolina

01/4/2016 07:14 | Some interesting (to me at least) observations of parallels in a couple of companies I own shares in.. SEE and EDEN. Both have patents for Disruptive technology with multiple commercial opportunities. Both have big name customers who are very complimentary and both are ahead of the competition but they need to stay ahead and need more money to optimise the technology. What has both companies done.. Bring in Strategic investors with wider market experience and made board changes to facilitate this. I see the Livingbridge investment as a new chapter in EDENs story and a new chapter and style of leadership of EDEN from Sean Smith. Good luck to all. oh yes almost forgot Both Jam Tomorrow. | supersonico
31/3/2016 14:17 | AgreeThis is crunch time. I hope LT holders get a result and not a shafting because its quite easy to keep up appearances of all well.Good luckQ12 | quazie12
31/3/2016 14:11 | That makes sense, BUT... They will know what their partners are doing and be getting feedback from them constantly. IF that feedback is good, then they'll have the confidence to set other things in motion. Every time I've spoken to them they are confident. It's a chicken and egg situation. If you believe that the product works and what they're saying isn't nonsense then buy. If you don't then stay clear. There is no more to be said really. I believe and I'm in. Longbridge believe and they're in. They also have much more knowledge of whats going on than i do, so I find that reassuring. All the rest of the stuff floating around is a total red herring. We don't know the ins and outs. How can you debate what you don't know? You can surmise and speculate, make assertions and waffle, but until the smokescreen clears and figures are out there then thats all it is. Shore Cap say it's still on course. Thats very good news. We will see! | nick rev
31/3/2016 13:45 | NickRevI agree with some of your points but wonder if the marketplace is yet to be as convinced of Eden's tech as Eden is. Surely the sensible approach would be to ensure what is currently out there is selling well and making money before getting involved in new products. That us basic business sense ??Q12 | quazie12
31/3/2016 13:06 | At the AGM there was talk of needing funding to roll out other uses for encapsulation. They RNS states thats what the funding is for. "The Placing is an important milestone in Eden's development, enabling the Company to accelerate its expansion without the funding constraints under which the Company has operated to date. In particular, the Placing will enable us to expand our product portfolio and geographical footprint for both existing and new products. We have worked hard to secure product registrations in Europe and Africa and build a strong base of commercialisation partners in these regions, and we look forward to further leveraging our past investments and relationships in order achieve the full potential of Eden's technology globally." Patents are not for life and things need to move on at pace. I'm happy with the funding and the fact that Longbridge are involved. They are as you say a big firm, and £2mill is not a huge investment, but like everyone else they don't like to lose their money. They don't "Punt". Added to which there is now to be a member of Longbridge on the Board. That adds experience to the BOD. It's good news. | nick rev
31/3/2016 12:51 | Q12 volumes have been so tiny in recent weeks it is hard to conceive that much forward selling has occurred. It will be interesting to see if Shore Cap can shift the other 600K worth and what happens if they can't | sweet karolina
31/3/2016 12:27 | TW was pointing out all the fraud at QPP for 18 months before SGH blundered in and they were fully aware of it. TW had been pointing out the issues with GBO for 18 months before Deutche Bank went and wasted a load of other peoples money on that too. | sweet karolina
31/3/2016 11:07 | Thanks Prophet for explaining that to me. | supersonico
31/3/2016 10:00 | Hillofwad. I agree with your Forewarned is Forearmed observations. What is most illuminating about the DD that LivingBridge would have done is that it was done at the same time TW was pointing at all the TT details and making such a lot of noise. There is absolutely no way that they would have not looked at what TW was alleging and drawn there own conclusions. They clearly disagree with TW and I'm confident that if a company like Living Bridge comes to this conclusion the FRC will do the same. They are all looking at the same info after all. TW suggestion that everyone else is turning a blind eye to fraud is simply not credible anymore.. LivingBridge's investment in EDEN was the last nail in that coffin. | supersonico |
