I told everyone on here years ago that the TT transaction was effectively a total dilutive shaft on shareholders. So having e mailed AA a few years ago and getting no answers what is he saying now ?

Hey, subsonic.

Yes, I agree with you.

The Unmnentionable Director treats you like you are an ignorant, thick-as-pigshyte, gullible fluckwit.

But there's a reason for that.

For you ARE an ignorant, thick-as-pigshyte, gullible fluckwit!

Else you wouldn't keep contributing to a group pension scheme of people who collectively laugh at your c*ntitude.

But you prefer to believe the long tales or tails (given they think you're monkeys) they spin you.

Clear enough, double-digiter? ;D

"All you had to do was sell at or near the height of the pump"... 21p...

Betcha the directors' buddies offloaded there.

Now, slide to 6 pence.

(chuckle, chortle, popcorn)

Erinvale,
I think Sumiagro are working on the Shelf life product. As for the flowers..yes have heard nothing on that for a while.

I don't mind Eden having ambitious plans and them failing or not working out for whatever reason but I resent the drip drip BS excuses and totally disregard for investor intelligence.

monti often mentions 'for those who follow the story'..To those on here and elsewhere he needs to show more respect and accountability.

Example...Molluscicide..not even a friken mention..yet it's been in every AR for the last 3 years except when they lost it.

Super: And what of the much-touted Lachlan deal for cut flower protection in Kenya, the use of spray terpenes to prolong shelf life of perishable supermarket goods - both significant and readily reachable markets. Eden dismiss these in favour of larger agri stuff. They obviously can‘t chew gum and walk at the same time.

Perhaps better questions Investing are;

Where has the Molluscicide gone..?

Why after all the fanfare and hype about TT has it been almost forgotten without reasonable explanation?

Surely the answer on TT must be viewed as embarrassing BS? The dog ate my TT. What a fricken useless answer.

Why again after all the Investor hype and BS is Elanco not discussed in greater detail?

It's a question of commercial priorities now is it....I thought it was a question of formulation or was it shelf life..

Utter incompetence in investor relations...for those that follow the never ending dribble of BS.

It's hard to take current presentations seriously in light of such historical decade long carrot waving.

the Lab was a smart move 3 yrs late

I think Eden is now on a firm footing. Corteva ensures this if you believe that deal will commercialise at the volumes specified, +/- a bit as they highlighted in yesterday's Q and A. I do.

Equally, they said there is room for scope for the deal to expand.

They also said there are similar companies to Corteva they are talking too. One slide identified Bayer, BASF and Syngenta. I take it it is one or more of those.

EPA approval will come opening up a big market for Cedroz and Eden and no doubt approvals in the US will add kudos and further visibility for Eden.

EPA approvals will give Eden and addressable market of €269 million for Mevalone and Cedroz.

The seeds side is clearly going to grow from the current published levels and we may hear more on this in 2021, let's hope so.

The lab looks like a smart move.

So all in all, the revenues are there and will come and with Eden cash burn rate, so will profit and much of it.

Salaries and bonuses are very high, out of sync with P & L performance for certain, but if Eden can correct this in 2021 and early 2022, they will get us all over the line and pay will become acceptable.

My guess is large investors who likely have a fuller appreciation of timescales take advantage of scary moments like yesterday. That's life in the sharks pool. I have been here long enough to observe and learn the game without the buoyancy aid of a comforting paywall.

Science lab wise ..Sounds like a good idea to me especially with so much politics around crop protection..speeding up time scales maybe costly up front but I accept the argument that this has payoffs down steam that justify the investment. I also think there maybe payoffs in having a team dynamic in-house to develop ideas.

I don't doubt little empires are being built here but I'm not sure what your 'shaky foundation' comment is based upon.

Super: they are traducing all investors, large and small. The salaries are obscene, even more so bonuses, for what? £1.1m sales - £21,200 per week. With such low income, I question the need for a full time CFO paid £180k + £88k bonus. Sales will undoubtedly build with Sipcam, Corteva and the rest, but this is likely to take several years more. Meanwhile, shareholders are funding a costly, fully staffed lab and a slew of technical personnel and administrators. This is disproportionate and makes no sense in business terms. Sean Smith is building an empire, but on shaky foundations.

According to Eden they have 11 institutional investors. Does anyone have a list or know where the details of these can be found? Eden is heading for the rocks unless drastic action is taken to reduce management raping of the company with excessive remuneration and to install credible management in place of the current mob.

If any here would support the call for an EGM to deal with this and to question the BOD on the company's dismal results, please post here. The company can be saved, but it will require a concerted effort.
