They have had the AGM, accounts were delayed until after the meeting due to COVID. Now you know the real reason. The directors were avoiding difficult questions. Shameful.

Is anyone going to the meeting. The directors need to be called out for the annual reports' condescending nonsense and the company's lousy performance. I am inclined to agree with those who say that this company is dust.

Don't get fooled by the market makers, big sells, e.g over NMS 50,000 will be delayed in reporting until later in the day when it will look as if they are buys. Shareholders have been duped by the CEO and CFO. They will have known about the FRC investigation for some time. It now appears their incentive scheme was set at a realistic price. 6p.

On FRC watch list. Questionable creative accounting practices to increase reported revenue. Not good news. Add in poor results, Corteva deal is no more than another year of evaluation, increased overhead, and this is a bit of a stinker.
