30/6/2021 16:42 | weyweyumfozo 30 Jun '21 - 16:39 - 9933 > 4 (Filtered) posts in 5 minutes - dopey's having a cadenza. Liar. ;-D And what you need to filter out is the share price, not me. 21p bid end of February. 9.5p offer today So then was 221% of the share price now. Hahahah | neutralpov
30/6/2021 16:39 | Explanation, as needed by cringeworthy duffers, why the option price is set more than 50% below the share price at the time. It is normal for it to be instead set at a premium (doofuses - that's the opposite of a discount), to incentivise the directors to work harder for the company. -- Giving these ____bags and ____als the benefit of the doubt: It is set at 6p because that's their valuation of the company, and that's what they know the share price will go to as soon as they start selling. ;D I seriously wonder if they're shorting EDEN themselves. (chortle @ maroons who still keep on holding.... no limit to stupidity, erin, eh?) | neutralpov

30/6/2021 16:34 | How come none of the genuine PIs (i.e. the utter maroons) here proposed a motion to change the name of the company to: EDEN DIRECTORS PERSONAL ENRICHMENT SCHEME RESEARCH plc ? | neutralpov
30/6/2021 16:30 | Tell me, subsonic you utter pi11ock, if the share price is such a bargin', why ain't the so-called directors begging borrowing stealing to buy up the stock?? Ferkwit is much - MUCH - too kind a description for you lot. | neutralpov

30/6/2021 12:56 | But they have contracts with Sipcam, Corteva, Bayer , Eastman , TT , and Elanco . These cannot be ignored. | supersonico
30/6/2021 12:27 | I think that today investors have to realise that companies are spending more on marketing their share price than on selling their product. Nowadays financial PR is not just communicating with shareholders but advertising on investor websites and paying professionals posters to encourage others to invest. This is particularly prevalent in tech small caps. It used to be that entrepreneurs invested their own money to make a fortune. Now it is the investors money they risk whilst lining their own pockets | ravenna23
30/6/2021 12:26 | They are unaccountable to their keelhauled shareholders and hold them in utter contempt. They are without doubt a bunch of flowees. | supersonico

30/6/2021 10:48 | Did I miss the 'Expose'? | supersonico
30/6/2021 10:34 | Say's everything positive that investors need to know! From today's RNS "Having dealt with the unique circumstances 2020 has presented us with, Eden has moved into fiscal 2021 well-funded and well positioned to achieve its mission to become a leader in biopesticide products and natural, plastic-free microencapsulation technologies to the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries. We have managed to manoeuvre our way through the global pandemic relatively unscathed and the future for Eden looks promising, with exciting developments in the pipeline. The recently announced agreement with Corteva is, of course, significant to Eden and the seed treatment product area is an exciting addition to the already valuable, diverse portfolio of products and applications that the business has generated over the years." | investingisatrickygame
