Exxon says climate lawsuits violate its right to free speech. You know where this argument goes from here..don't you..Is this another 'Citizens United' in the making?



After the California cities filed suit, Exxon brought a petition before the Texas 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals claiming the lawsuits were part of a conspiracy intended to waylay the company’s right to free speech and force it to change its position on climate change. Yes, you read that correctly. Exxon argued that the cities were trying to make the company agree to a number of truths about climate change, which, in effect, violated Exxon’s First Amendment rights to say whatever the hell it wants about climate change.

Great shame someone got so impatient as to sell at 12p. Hopefully the sells will be regretted soon.

Also ..as New Share holder Smith says.. Eden tech and Sipcam formulation technology compliment each other..

A fellow Share holder who has been here for years has to wonder..when Sipcam makes an investment in an Organic product such as Blackjak which has regulatory approval in 30 countries..does Sipcam have plans to use Eden tech and Sipcam formulation to improve it's potency??

Interesting purchase by Sipcam that you highlight.

It does make you wonder about their stake in Eden, doesn't it. "A strategic investment". I wonder what, exactly their strategy is?

When they demonstrate that they have successfully put their own formulations into Sustaine, will that deliver Pandora's box in terms of strategy for Eden and Sipcam or will they both have opened a simple pot of gold?

Having done the work to get this far with Eden, will they always want to own a piece of the Company OR/AND are they looking to secure long-term right's to Sustaine and separately, Mevalone whilst another subsequently owns a greater percentage of Eden or Even takes over the Company.

I am eager for that RNS to be delivered because for me, it should in effect, reveal Eden's future and make valuing Eden so much easier in the absence of Eden or a valuation party telling us the same.
