How does supersonico know as fact what FRC have or have not done?

Does she have first hand knowledge? NO

Would FRC have told her? NO

Has she asked the PR company paid to lie for Eden, who have already be proven to lie regarding an attempted meeting with TW in Greece? Possibly

Has she asked the company that is 100% proven now the Terpenetech accounts have been filed to have committed fraud whether the FRC have been in contact? Possibly.

Is she just making it up to suit her twisted agenda? Most probably.

Of all the possible answers none give any confidence that she is posting factual information. Indeed her long record of posting pseudo facts to suit her twisted agenda shows that this is just more pseudo fact.

The facts in black and white in Companies House filings:

The licence was previously sold and kept on the books for £20k. There is nothing to suggest it would be worth £600k particularly not to a company that did not have the resources to exploit it.

Terpenetech sold all the Eden shares to raise the money to pay for the licence - it had £0 in the bank at the end of the year.

Terpenetech is not worth over £3m. Eden claim to have an independent valuers report but have not filed it with Companies House despite saying they would.

Terpenetech sold shares to Eden for over £308 per share, whilst it gave shares to Friend, Biron and Ostroff for nominal £1, which has not even been paid. As a result those 3 increased their stake in Terpenetech. Terpenetech tried to keep all this as quiet as possible by not filing SH01s, but the truth is in the accounts.

Eden falsely inflated revenue and reduced losses and falsely inflated NAV as a result of the deal. That is why despite finally being able to sell their product in Europe revenues have fallen. People who bought in on the hype have lost money.

All those are real facts and anyone can confirm them just by going to Companies House.

Q12,

Did you ever manage to get hold of that independent valuation report that Eden agreed they should have filed with Companies House and promised to do so?

It would be very interesting to know how they justified Eden paying over £308 per share for Terpenetech whilst 3 of the other 4 shareholders got theirs for £1, which they have not even bothered to pay, increasing their original stake in Terpenetech in the process.

I have been waiting for this day..

I was jealous of CopperWindow93 when he had the honour.

Since I don't read legacy media can anyone let me know if Fraufy with all his ultra conclusive evidence has finally managed to Manup Queenie and call Shore Cap out for being 'Wilfully blind' rather than his usual keeping clear of the swing chummy 'overlooking'.

Oh and while your in that dank place can you check if the Nomad has resigned..

Oh one last thing can he illuminate us on why his arbiter of choice the FRC did not contact EDEN in the first year of his allegation ?
