While I have your attention SK I noticed that much of the Tortious Interference report is redacted I assume for legal reasons.
There is a sentence that still remains where Aiden says that there is 'a question mark over an unexplained Fire'

I know Frothy discussed this in his Bearcasts and seemed to be weighing up whether to Sue AE for making that statement.

Has he done anything about that yet?

You need to knock £600k off 2015 revenue as this was not real revenue, but the proceeds of the Panama Pump fraud with Terpenetech. On that basis revenue will grow a tiny amount in 2016. Costs will also grow. In 2015 the board gave itself a 30% pay rise and will no doubt handsomely reward itself again this year. At best this is a lifestyle company that will keep going by issuing more and more shares on the back of promises of jam tomorrow. That is all it has ever done. Some of the share issues have been through placings, others have been through dodgy deals with Oxford capital where a loan was converted to shares with a 100% fee and through panama pump fraud.

The story may be 18 months old but it's current and pertinent to the direction French regulation is moving towards 2025.

Eden finally received their French licence in Jan 2017 so with attitudes towards pesticides changing and regulations following suit , there's no reason to believe that Eden's Tech should not receive at least a similar positive welcome to that experienced in Italy.

You'll find if you bothered to look that those 'umpteen' years were spent gaining EU product authorisation which after 8 years finally arrived May 2015.

Then Eden had to wait for individual country licencing which again took way longer than expected and was out of Eden's control.

These EU hurdles jumped now by Eden are a huge barrier to entry for others in the expanding bio-control market.

2016 was the first season Eden tech was in Italy and it achieved 20% of the market.
This year another giant of wine making France, who are leading the way in reducing harmful pesticides, will be using Eden Tech and will have the benefit of Italy's experience to build upon.

I expect equally good results, but then I'm an investor not a Lube Shorter.

SK can I draw your attention to page 14 of this report.
You will see from that the alleged modes operandi of Frothy.
This explains precisely why EDEN have done nothing about his accusation in my view.

Frothy has made it clear also that if he were sued all his money is hidden out of reach so please SK tell me why would anyone bother. Frothy is a drunk fairground exhibit why would Eden want to become his new Click bait attraction that would only serve to enrich him and be a complete waste of money to Eden.

Regarding your question about FRC & Facts..the answer is YES it's a Fact that the FRC have not contacted EDEN ..in my honestly held opinion.

What does the fact that the FRC did not contact EDEN at all in the first year of the allegation tell us?

What does Livingbridge investing 2.6m at the time Frothy was making the allegations tell us.

Nomad not resigned.

Frothy and SK keeping clear of the swing.

It tells us they disagree with vendetta boy.

As for those who have been engaged in a malignant attempt to undermine both Worthington and Newco, the hearing next week should set at least one precedent for dealing with those engaged in anonymous libel. I will provide a full summary of that case on Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
