Dont you think that in light of this institutional buying you claim, yet a falling share price that PIs have taken issue and sold up ?

Q12.
You may be right

I guess time will tell.

With regard to the TT deal. I see only 2 people who take issue .

One has a vendetta and yourself .

There is no ground swell of support for your position.

"Buy on the dips as they say". I did that on YELL/HIBU and HMV. Trouble was dips just went deeper and deeper into oblivion. Good lesson learned, don't chase losses.
The annoying thing is, both companies are still going strong after shafting the shareholders.

Q12,

I don't need to win Q12 ,I'm discussing.

Any placing would have it's associated costs..

you would have got dilution which ever way and probably at a lower share price..so you would have lost out either way..

Were you not being a little naïve to believe otherwise..

That's life on AIM from my experience.

Buy on the dips as they say.

Oh dear quazie12, you have frightened subsonic back onto the WRN board, which she knows nothing about. You will soon be on her "lube" list and be accused of being TW.

Seriously ?

Get shares in worthless company in exchange for £900k shares in Eden which is quoted plus paid £600k for a licence that will generate what ?

quazie1223, Either you have expressed that poorly or you actually don't understand the deal.

I'm not saying shaft the shareholders.

What I asked is was there another way that would have not resulted in dilution?

And the answer seems to be NO.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what your saying is that dilution was inevitable given they needed to raise funds but it was the way they did it that you don't like.

I would have done a placing or rights issue.Look around there are other much more transparent and much less costly ways, but that's more for companies with better track record and prospects
