The court case was nothing to do with TW. It was an injunction against the Nuna/Wordpress site. The site has closed.

Now who are the numpties? lol

Hi

Does any one know what 3Logy is sold per Litre in Italy?

Unless, I am mistaken, Eden has had success in Italy and France. Trying to ascertain if they managed to exceed 80K litres they sold last year.

Fraufy.. Fiction from the Hovel

Interesting looking at a Greek Mevalone distributor Efthymiadis.

Fraufy in an effort to undermine EDEN told us in various blogs/mancasts that the Greek Fungicide market was full and very competitive with much choice which would mean Mevalone would struggle to gain traction in this busy Market place.

He was right if you went into a distributor you'd see many products but I discover that as soon as I refined the search the number of choices quickly and dramatically shrinks and if your looking for a non residue/ natural fungicide Mevalone is your only choice.

Click on this for all Fungicides.

You find 21 Fungicide products.

Refine your search to 'Botrytis' and there are 2 products. Mevalone CS and Scomrid.

Refine your search to 'Vinecrops' and now there is one product .. Mevalone CS.

Taking a look at other crops covered under the extended approval.

Eden Research plc’s 3AEY fungicide can now be used to treat vine powdery mildew in Spain and Greece. Eden, along with its commercialization partners in Spain (Sipcam Iberia) and Greece (Redestos Group), announced the label change for the product, which had already been used to prevent and treat botrytis in table and wine grapes.
In Spain, 3AEY is marketed as “ARAW” by Sipcam. In Greece, the authorities have expanded the approval for the use of 3AEY (marketed as Mevalone in Greece and the Balkan states) beyond botrytis. The label now includes field and greenhouse use for aubergines (eggplant), kiwis, pomegranates, and fresh onions. Combined, these crops cover more than 14,000 hectares in Greece.

Refine search to Botrytis & powdery mildew for Aubergine/ Kiwis/ pomegranetes and onions . reveals 3 products which include Mevalone CS.

Not such a crowded market place after all..

"When Fraufy and his Lube team go after Primary Narrative targets". This is complete gibberish to me. So many of these posts are written in the same style, I suspect one person with aliases.

For anyone interested in a succinct summary of how Fraufy is doing, may I draw your attention to a fellow highly respected BBmoron over on WRN who is close to the horses mouth and seems to have his finger on the pulse of recent events.

He colourfully sums up Fraufy's predicament here in this recent post.

I think TW is still desperately trying to do a deal. Not going to happen Tom unless you literally bend over. AE holds all the cards and your future is in his hands.

All imo of course.

Isn't Tom in the High Court at the moment involved in some legal case?

Supersonico

Yes, I have heard and read Mr Walters's previous articles. I am sure he has a deeper understanding of the company than he writes or can write. It is indeed a long term investment.

Yesterday's BBC broadcast, that was instigated by BBC, was great and we need more of these to bring Eden into main stream media.

Thank you

supersonico too scared to report SK to FCA for exposing fraud committed by Eden in case they investigate by reading Companies House filings and discover with 100% certainty Eden committed fraud. Hence she tries to distract from the facts with pseudofacts and drivel.

The problem you have here SK is you have no share holder support here and never have done to build your vendetta narrative from.

When Fraufy and his Lube team go after Primary Narrative targets you need at least a little share holder backing to help build your consensus narrative ..you have virtually none here which is why your not making the impact or getting the traction you had hoped for.

Since even Fraufy says 'nobody cares' about what he says on EDEN why don't you spend more of your efforts on a company where there you can get traction and generate click bait revenue for share price That would make business sense even if it does not make vendetta sense.

On my travels over on WRN and CTAG I can see there are more than just Lube posting although both get pretty lubed up when share price is in full TI campaign mode.

That simply does not happen with EDEN.. every Blog is met with silence here and on lse and the vast majority of shareholders do not share his views on how the TT deal effected shareholder value evidenced by the ratio of II to private punters who overwhelming continue to support Eden despite the almost daily vendetta gibberish.

If Fraufy is really all about looking after share holders his and your efforts are better spent elsewhere as Eden Shareholders are clearly saying they don't need lube input.
