£100 million sounds pretty conservative to me.

Lolworth reminds me of Lulworth what a lovely place on the South coast.

Well true Barony but we aren't in the same kind of market currently.
£30m would probably be on the low side with what we have but would I take it, would I.

£30m seems cheap. I thought we were looking to be over £100m with Craig and that was with less assets - like Lolworth.

I am hopeful for several of them now.
It's been many a false dawn.
OMI Have started to rise from the ashes, too, recently and have drilling happening soon.

But that is not to detract from ECR that has very much improved it's situation if everything goes to plan.

Those individuals in the industry that have been in a long time
AND weathered the storm, have learnt a thing or two soulsauce, as we have had to.

I know the Doc divides the crowd amongst PI's but you can't help but like what he has to say and you do feel he has shareholder interests at heart, being a large shareholder himself.

Excellent !

The magic 4 .
Will the 5 be breached next as you suggest?

It is about potential, because as I said that 1800 k acreage is incredible and whilst the slide rule is being run over these things it does give ECR more visibility from those with deep pockets.

cyberhub it is possible there is 10-20k+ oz of fairly easily producible alluvial gold at Blue Mountain (may be more up to 100k oz) and I think many small miners would love a project like Lolworth in their portfolio plus a swathe of building land in Victoria worth about 500k and an area containing a potential Antimony find at Baileston.
I think 30m would eaily be achievable.

It was interesting that he said that they wouldn't turn down stonking offers for the entire set of assets, a figure of A$100M or £50M was mentioned as a knockout offer, I suppose that was somewhat exaggerated for effect, but even £30M would be a 4x uplift on today's cap. The fact he even mentioned it (unprompted) implies that he's hint-hinting on a public video, while bidders for the tax assets (who are obliged to be in the same field) are circling...

For those who have been here longer, are the assets good enough to achieve say £30M today? They seem still too early stage to me, but the total acreage is very large at 1800 sq. km.

Yes it all sounded very positive, they have good assets to use the receipts on developing! Mr Market seems to like it anyway. Am hoping for a push towards 0.5p as we approach the transaction close date at the end of the month. Encouraging that they still have 4 other parties interested!

Thanks Maverick.

Few notes for myself from the you tube.

Further core assets diamond drilling in Victoria High results in Lulworth blue mountain .
Lulworth money could be spent there Queensland and Victoria area 1800 sq kilometres.

Disclaimer they had to include that it could become a cash shell but they would be unlikely if they still had two subsiduaries.
If every asset then that would be different.
Reassurance, as he says unlikely to sell everything unless they gave them a price they couldn't refuse!
91% extraction means it's climate environmentally friendly.
Enhanced gold recovery I like that phrase!
Gekko report positive.
Listed for nearly two decades!
Long term vision?
4 or 5 catalysts so they have hedged their bets, they have taken shares instead of salary at times which has made them more cognizant of spending and putting in the hard work.
