31/10/2023 07:17 | 6g pt isn't good enough for this type of mining. Flat out uneconomical to mine. Expect a jolly ramp from the usual suspects though.... | epifanio1

21/10/2023 19:26 | Quite a lot payable in cash per the term sheet. It is arguable, since they have said that they could have raised more than £580K, that they could have created more wriggle room by raising more and proceeded to exercise the option. I also accept that money had been spent on account and on exploring Hurricane by the previous management. Perhaps you know Tulloch and Whitlow for you to be able to comment on their motives - I do not know them. | snowyflake
21/10/2023 18:47 | Mostly payable in shares and it sounds like the vendors agreed to alter the cash split to less than the proposed c.£130k. ECR just raised half a million so had the funds. We can read between the lines here. Hurricane was a deal done by the prior management and the new duo would prefer to unleash their promotional chops on a project they bring in regardless of the merits of this one. ECR paid £85k cash fees upfront (then funded the exploration) so their saying £0.1m plus shares to complete the deal was too pricy is a bit of a stretch, just a line for the RNS to make this sound like positive action imho. | dead duck resources
21/10/2023 18:20 | Not exercising the Hurricane option is an acceptable and sensible decision by management and in my view there is nothing wrong with the timing of the RNS. Not taking up the Hurricane option comes as a surprise to many; I had hoped that the terms of the original deal would be amended. But it takes two to tango. ECR do not have the funds to exercise the option. Kondaparinga could prove an able substitute. The timing of the RNS gives holders the weekend to consider and/or debate the issue. | snowyflake
21/10/2023 11:42 | 'good to see' this new mgmt didn't have the cajones to issue the RNS in trading hours, fearing a drop to an all-time low to upset their narrative of delivering a turnaround. | dead duck resources
20/10/2023 20:29 | Yep good to see the new management are making moves to turn this around. | soulsauce

12/10/2023 06:41 | Having been stuck in the trenches are ECR Minerals about to go over-the-top ask @TMSreach "...I am taking 90 per cent of my remuneration in shares. We think the price of the shares are particularly distressed and we want to get in the trenches with the shareholders..."https: | burtond1
11/10/2023 18:02 | Looking for bottom is getting a bit old here! | barony

03/10/2023 10:21 | This company has been drilling for years and years. Could someone tell me how much has been paid to the directors over the years and how much they've raised in fundraising over the same period.I have a feeling things won't be changing anytime soon! | targatarga
02/10/2023 13:36 | Other than those flipping shares that are going to pick up cheaply in the raising you mean. Could be a lot more of it yet. | soulsauce
02/10/2023 13:19 | No reason for any drop that I can see. We continue to make progress and have two commercially minded guys running the show now. | barony
27/9/2023 12:54 | Great another licence 😏. Hopefully they will be offloading some soon to cost save and maybe get some of the back costs returned. | soulsauce

25/9/2023 23:46 | Thanks Snowy and Spangler. Could explain a lot, but still glad to see A. H. gone. | barony
25/9/2023 17:20 | Barony - if you read the ECR April RNS you will see that Panther sold its 30% interest in Blue Mountain whilst Bluekebble sold its 70% interest to ECR making a total purchase by ECR of 100% in Blue Mountain. Panther's (PALM's) half year results to 30 June 2023 were announced today and those results refer to Panther's sale of 30% interest in Blue Mountain. Spangler makes a good point in that the Panther half year results goes on to say that the consideration of 31 million ECR shares issued by way of the consideration for Blue Mountain were disposed of in the market. Spangler has explained that that disposal of 31 million shares did not help sentiment in ECR. Astute on the part of Spangler to spot this. | snowyflake |
