Could have sent a few old timers with bags with straps over their shoulders to Lolworth to collect nuggets from the streams. Might have paid for a third drill!!!

cant understand why small companies like ecr dont collect a few good sized nuggets and get instant revenue...cant be that difficult..take advantage of the gold price

"...Well chosen gold miners can offer premium returns above the gold price and a more rapid appreciation than the product they sell. Investors looking for value might look beyond the mining majors to small gold miners..."Below we pick out a 14 small cap gold miners worth watching : https://total-market-solutions.com/2023/04/is-the-gold-rally-here-to-stay-14-small-cap-gold-miners-worth-watching/

I think we have to accept that Bailieston didn't deliver, with the possible exception of blue moon.

Creswick is still in play, a lot of work to do there for a minnow like us, so I expect Andy will try to get partners in or divest.

This is why he is looking at pastures new.

Sounds like Victoria is gradually being eased out in favour of Queensland

Basically, we’re unloved! Give us something solid from existing projects and keep new stuff for later, quiet periods. Seeming to always strive for something new and downplaying existing projects does not encourage any confidence in the business.

Good interview by Scott, this Blue Mountain project is a good addition. It's got to start moving up soon.

It is back to proving a commercial resource at Creswick!!! For both LTH and more recent holders it would be really good for ECR to have some commercial mining success at long long last!!

Well it is looking like a material shift from Victoria to Queensland. We can't afford to explore both areas so get something sold AH.

We mustbe getting close to declaring a jorc on one of the properties - hopefully Creswick.

Barony - we need a result from Creswick. May be a simple way to look at it but in my book, exploration is about finding what one is looking for - in our case gold in commercial quantities. ECR have failed miserably over the years in that regard. Let's see whether, with three qualified geologists on board (AH, AJ and TD), we can find gold in commercial quantities at Creswick. Then we can talk about a JORC, a PEA etc.

The accounts released today are for the year to 30th September 2022. Since then £900,000 less costs was raised via a placing and the with completion due end April we have the sale of another property for $600,000. From that one must deduct the cost of the second rig. And so I am not as gloomy as some with regard to available cash to meet drilling requirements and the cost of the board. I regard AH as a shrewd businessman.

My concern is whether we have the quality of geologist necessary to prove up a commercial mineral resource. For that is what ECR is about - an exploration company. And hopefully for shareholders a successful exploration. AH has been hinting that we may have a commercial resource at Creswick. He seems confident - let's see if that confidence is matched by success.

Let’s sell a few assets, hire one of our drill teams out for a couple of jobs and avoid a new raise. We have enough exciting projects to supply a constant stream of drill and assay news. Let’s see that happen and give us the plan. If we can avoid big communication gaps this year, maybe our share price will start to reflect our asset values, Avoid nice holiday pics from a dry stream bed - unless there is a large ingot on display.

Doesn’t justify a drop. Still firing on lots of cylinders and I’m looking forward to a great year of resource definition.
