It's a part of the package Barony. A big part of buying into a company is because of the board. They have inherited a legacy negative sentiment based on lies and deception. Unfortunately I think the new board are trying to be open with the market, but are being held accountable for sins of those before them, and I have to agree with it. These tennaments had the life ramped out of them... To return results like these. Of course if you think it's overdone, then it's a buying opportunity, surely.

Highlights:

-- Cash sale price of A$670,000 (approximately GBP360k) agreed for the
Nagambie-Rushworth Road property.

-- Final balance of A$603,000 now in the Company bank account and will be
used to further explore the Company's Queensland tenements specifically
the Lolworth Project (Gold, Lithium/Tantalum/Niobium) and Hurricane
(Gold/Antimony).

-- ECR is now fully funded for all scheduled exploration activities in
2023.

-- Transaction marks the second disposal from selected non-core assets as
outlined in the announcement of July 6th 2022.

I expect they know good news is coming and they'll exercise the lot.

What we don't know is whether there will also be a placing this year.
