Metal Tiger have made some good purchases in the last few years I hope the investment in ECR Minerals is a good one for them as it will be good for ECR Mineral shareholders if it is.

You can see from the chart he must have dumped and dumped pretty much straight away. Disgraceful of him not to tell shareholders. There is the letter of the law and the spirit.

Video interview with Metal Tiger's Johnson re: ECR Minerals



Paul Johnson, executive director at Metal Tiger (LON:MTR), says the investment company’s £100,000 equity acquisition in ECR Minerals (LON:ECR) gives access to “a resource that is near surface with a low strip ratio where you can start to process cost effectively and make some money.”

Speaking to ProactiveInvestors, Johnson says trading profits on Metal Tiger’s equities portfolio have been fed into operations and “we’re perfectly comfortable from a finance and working capital perspective.”

As is customary with Johnson’s interviews with Proactive he summarised with the cliff hanger “Other things are in process and very soon we’ll update the market. Watch ECR.”

a related party deal for reasons of a recent directorship not as a shareholder)

I've also been watching this fall for sometime, many appear to have attempted to call the bottom but with little success. Given today's MTR placing announcement at 0.02p that for me effectively offers a good entry price, along with a floor on the bottom of the current mcap. I expect to see some news that may catch out a few commentators in due course.

Nominal value is 0.001p, not 0.010p but a decimal place lower.

Still plenty of room to issue more stock. I'm guessing the next placing will be at 0.010p Sometime in 2016 when the cash starts to run out again.

That's total assets ie holes in the ground until commercial mining can demonstrate reserves.

meanwhile it's the current (ie within 12 months) assets v liabilities that matters. if they can't pay their suppliers and wages they're doomed.

Of course thay can issue more and more shares in placings and converttibles.

They're very good at that approach to cash generation :-)

29palms, they won't go under. Notice how they lowered the nominal value of the stock to 0.001p. They still have plenty of room to issue more stock to pay for this venture. They can keep doing this so long as mug punters are willing to pay for it.
