53 days into July now, and still no sign of those audited accounts.

I'm sure that all is well, however.

Any update on when trading will resume? In the absence of any updates / contract wins from the company, I'd expect the relisting price to be under pressure the longer this delay runs....

RE: Suspension of Shares29 Jun 2023 22:00
PKF are the auditors from the legacy Fox Marble business. Eco are not the first casualty among small cap UK companies of an open secret in the industry: that firms like PKF have severely overbooked business while it remaining understaffed. This has all the hallmarks of such a situation. This is likely wholly on PFK's shoulders and shareholders should not be frightened into thinking otherwise. A couple, three weeks and PFK will have worked through their backlog and we will re-list. No harm, no foul

Auditors are late with FY22 prep, so will miss today's deadline and release some time next monthShares will be suspended on Monday as a resultMaybe no biggieThis is a longer term punt anyway.....I personally really like the solutions they offer and unless there is some major flaw in building this way, can see it being super helpful in building quickly and affordably. When I was born less that 50yrs ago, the world population was around 4bn......you do the maths....the world has a housing crisis, not just the UK

My broker wrote to me today to Confirm the FOX preference shares and I see them now showing up in my SIPP alongside the new ECOB ones.If the litigation outcome is anywhere close to the 50m you mentioned, I'll be dancing on the kitchen table. I don't have much hope, but if it comes right it would be my biggest win since getting balls into CHAR at 20p during the GFC and watching it all the way up to 320p (although I was still holding it all minus a bag when it subsequently crashed back down to around 20p......). Should have been sensible and bought a little house, but I was greedy and hoping I'd be a millionaire off it, which could have happened if those billions of barrels had turned out to be useable oil. but I digress...

My understanding is they have one of the best QCs in the business. I hope for 50 million.

Hi folks, thought I'd start a thread for ECOB holders

I'm a short-suffering holder, down almost 70% since the FOX reverse takeover.

I like what ECOB offers the market and if they can make good on their prospective order pipeline, I can see this rocketing on the very small free float proportion of share in the market.

Have not given up hope of a settlement in the FOX litigation - the risk reward looked decent at the time, albeit with a very low chance of success (even if the net settlement is EUR5m of the 200 they are asking for, that's equal to a bag of return for us holders of FOX at the relevant date.

Please feel free to share on-topic thoughts and GLA
