SP mvt looks to be low volume. There is considerable historical, fib and 200sma support at this level. [40 ish] Although we have dipped below 50sma.

With the price down to 42p bid, the chart is not looking as good as I would hope. We need some contract win RNSs. Haven't had very many over recent months.

Interesting chart, following the channel would see 50p around November, just prior to results due sometime in December one assumes. Personally I suspect it may take time to win any meaningful sized contracts in the US but should be well worth the wait.

With the expansion into the US taking place, the falling value of the pound will boost dolllar earnings.

All we want now to propell this above 50p is a nice big US contract announcement.

The Home Depot fiasco can only increase demand for their services in the US.

Agree with that and as you realise, I too am a big fan of the company and take even more encouragement from the fact that the share price was not diluted by the extra shares added to the share capital.

Can't think they are bothered about being just below, or above 20%. No, I think it is further proof from the largest holder of shares in the company that they like what they see and think the stock is good value even at, or near, its all-time high.

Interesting to see that since June, when the company last updated their list of holdings above 3%, Hargreave have increased their stake from 18% to 20%, now that is a signficant vote confidence.

Encouraging certainly, but I think it is more a technical adjustment to return them to their previous 20% holding, following admission on 20th August of additional Shares in Issue (now totalling 222,528,281). A move which incidentally appeared not, as I had expected, to have adversely affected the share price.

Hargreave just added another 150k to take them over 20%. Another vote of confidence!

more potential customers;

Multiple banks say they are seeing evidence that Home Depot stores may be the source of a massive new batch of stolen credit and debit cards that went on sale this morning in the cybercrime underground. Home Depot says that it is working with banks and law enforcement agencies to investigate reports of suspicious activity.

Contacted by this reporter about information shared from several financial institutions, Home Depot spokesperson Paula Drake confirmed that the company is investigating.

“I can confirm we are looking into some unusual activity and we are working with our banking partners and law enforcement to investigate,” Drake said, reading from a prepared statement. “Protecting our customers’ information is something we take extremely seriously, and we are aggressively gathering facts at this point while working to protect customers. If we confirm that a breach has occurred, we will make sure customers are notified immediately. Right now, for security reasons, it would be inappropriate for us to speculate further – but we will provide further information as soon as possible.”

There are signs that the perpetrators of this apparent breach may be the same group of Russian and Ukrainian hackers responsible for the data breaches at Target, Sally Beauty and P.F. Chang’s, among others. The banks contacted by this reporter all purchased their customers’ cards from the same underground store – rescator[dot]cc — which on Sept. 2 moved two massive new batches of stolen cards onto the market.

It's interesting that yesterday's activity also started at a
similar time and all on the back of 'no apparent news' in the
public arena....!

re those earnout changes, i like that the veritape vendors need to
hit £2m of revenues within a year from the US to achieve
them. They'd not accept this if not doable. Brokers are not
forecasting this level of growth from the US.

Given the bulging cash pile i'd rather they used cash instead of
shares however.
