"40x 2016 EPS it is cheap"..........taking into account the news what is the predicted 2016 EPS? I reckon the EPS is going to be much higher due to the US cash.

the results presentation has some really bullish stuff.

The Callguard on premise solution is fantastic, plug and play and your security problems are sorted out. The US disti should be able to sell easily. This should impact H2 much more than H1, but I suspect contract announcements will not be far off. Their pipeline is now 80% led by the security product, IVR is a follow on. The US is well behind the UK in terms of call centre market development and is 7x the size.

Hard to argue that on 40x 2016 EPS it is cheap, but I am hanging on. These guys have credibility in an explosive market with no competitors.

:o), some always sell on news, but the results are great and the future is even brighter, all the catalysts for a multibagger are in the mix. US institutions will arrive in the coming weeks/months and when that happens we will begin the steady multibag rise.

Now that the final results are out, it is looking like investors are banking their profits after the run up from the 40p level.

I for one am a long term holder and any dip will be viewed as a further buying opportunity.

Have a look at MONI. They are making a loss!

Risk/reward..... What do you think ECK can or will achieve and when and if it gets to that point what are its earnings?

The potential is staggering, how much of that we will achieve is something else, the way I see it the risk/reward is fantastic, this US news is great in that over say a few years earnings could rocket even faster than I had guessed possible with access to that many big US co's.

It's a brave man that can predict what those earnings will be in a year or three, I'll wait and see but I guesstimate they could be anywhere between £10m and £100m and higher if they can land some big fat contracts with banks.

I see no downside over med long term so I will sit and wait.

I'm led to wonder what a reasonable valuation metric for ECK should be. The more stratospheric multiples are normally reserved for consumer oriented vogue stocks which ECK isn't - it's purely commercial although very scalable.
So I'm feeling a lot is already in the price and it will do no long term good for it to get too far ahead of crystallised events.

It may seem surprising to some newcomers that only a year ago ECK's 'sp' was well used to trundling along the 15p mark for months before it then started its present steady ascent to today's mid 40's. This effectively represents a threefold 'sp' increase (+192%) in just 12 months with dividend increases to boot - a remarkable performance by any standard, so well done ECK and thanks.

It is perhaps not without reason that each successive Contract announcement appeared either to be closely anticipated or was soon followed by major Institutional holding announcements, whereby now a large proportion of the Company is currently held by a relatively small number of larger Institutional holders.

Todays news was preceded by a similar RNS on 28/05/14, triggered by Kestrel Partners LLB increasing its holding to 11.01%.

I note its been a while since ECK last reported a batch of UK contracts (27/03/14) so considering the BOD's pledge to achieve 'strong Contract renewal momentum for 2014', I presently wouldn't be at all surprised to hear of even 'more of the same' in the not too distant future.

And finally this latest significant news item IMO is bound to raise further comment by the Financial Press...so it may pay 'to watch this space'...!

As the product gets pushed in the US we will get institutional US buyers of ECK shares, then it will get interesting :o) Dont forget that was in minimum figure for this new contract..... and connections to a LOT of big US companies.

I still see this as a multibagger over a year or two, even more if you hold for longer and the story keeps going from strength to strength.

If I am right it looks as if this agreement alone will increase ECK turnover by 25%. Glad I have been holding all this time, my patience has been more than justified. Happy days

I think when the penny drops this will be nearer 60p than 40.£1 within a year . More to come from this baby.

No worries and tend to agree, so provided they stick to their announcements' schedule we should be getting some positive vibes soon.

i don't believe there is anything expected about this kind of agreement. that sort of revenue commitment is something you rarely see in this industry. the shares have been good performers, but this is massive. it will be interesting to see what kind of upgrades follow. and they will get the chance to talk this up on the results presentations.
