The debt is €25,000,000 at 8% and £1,000,000 at 12%. If the restructuring of the debt is agreed the debt will increase by €2,000,000 a year until 2024 when the debt would start to be repaid. The debt would then be €33,000,000+. Be careful.

Yes. But all repayments deferred until maturity date in 2025. So essentially zero debt at this particular moment in time

Clearly our interest in Bolivia is discounted SW, but just wonder if a packaged option might be sold on in the NY given recent discoveries.

He treads a fine line and repeated crosses it Daniel. Could do with more than a warning shot fired across his self-inflated bows!
(Certainly not on my Christmas card list)

It may be with that last placing, Echo can complete the full debt restructuring with bondholders. We'll soon find out.

There's also plenty of new money on board that won't tolerate the previous actions management got away with. Theres also a lot less sellers. Not to mention cash in the bank. There is a decent underlying business here... we know it as does MH.

Licking their lips. I suppose one of the definitions of a mug punter is that he doesn't want to admit he has been had. A tad embarrassing. There is plenty of enthusiasm for the second raise in a month because money has been doubled. Probably the same people will come back to the trough. Oink! Oink! They do it because they can get away with it. For the naive there is only one response. Bury your head in the sand and buy more. Now 1,200,000,000 shares in issue. A 50% increase. In a month. There are more to come. Be careful.

It’s a tad disappointing but funding a high risk drill in TA right now would not be sensible. There’s confidence about what’s going on in Santa Cruz. As above let’s hear more about that dev plan and production roadmap. I’d expect the ink is drying on that. I very much doubt this was un-expected to those participating in the recent funding rounds.

Printed buys that are delayed an hour are clearly sells as well. Its not just killed momentum its gone full reverse thrust

Not the RNS I was hoping for, but then again anything positive outside of a full on financial update and a roadmap to expected income is the only thing moving this at the moment IMO. I continue to play the long game and hope for the best. We're still in a healthier position than we were several weeks back.

"What's the cash situation? At the end of June 2020 there was $1,164,408 of cash and cash equivalents. That was down from $1,698,012 at end December 2019. A drop of $534,000 in six months.
On the 27th July 2020 Echo Energy raised £475,000(gross) or £450,000(net). That's $585,000 at $1.3/£. That would give total cash and cash equivalents of $1,749,000 after the cash raise.
" As of 17 November 2020 total cash held on deposit in the UK and Argentina was approximately US$ 655,000" . That's a fall of $1,100,000 less $6,000 in 4 months and 17 days. Wow! About $220,000 per month. At the same rate of decrease that would leave $435,000 by year end December 2020. By March 2021 there will be no cash remaining at that rate. At the end of March 2021 the company needs to pay £120,000 interest on the £1,000,000 loan. Remember that? The 1st April 2020 debt restructuring RNS. And every month for the next three years the company needs to pay its part of the $2,200,000 payment for the compressors, starting Jan 2021. That's about $43,000 per month, every month(net).
Two cash raises in six months. About $1.2-$1.3 million. The next might be nearer than you think. Be careful".

I wrote this on 13th December 2020. It was described as trolling. When was the last cash raise? 1st December! The company is barely treading water. It is set up for cash raises. All that is needed is the mug punter. You'll be informed that a second cash raise in a month is a master stroke and that great rewards await the astute investor. In reality the nest is being lined with your cash. Be careful.
