31/3/2021 13:03 | Helpfull- I nearly take your advice last year. Very pleased for me, I did not. You are a dangerous poster. 31/3/2021 11:26 | "We believe that as a result of these agreements, our contracted gas USD revenues for the year could be as much as 50 per cent higher when compared to May 2020 to April 2021, meaning they will deliver a material improvement in cashflow during 2021" This should ring alarm bells. Last year 40% of gas sales were at local spot prices. Investors should be asking themselves how low did spot prices go last year? You will not be informed until the final results, probably out in September. New Echo Energy gas contracts are worrying: "Gas prices reflect the current modest supply squeeze which is expected to exacerbate over the winter. Current spot prices are US$2.40 per MMBtu with President projecting higher winter prices of US$3.60 per MMBtu" That is a statement from a President Energy Feb 2021 Trading Update. At $2.64 per mmbtu Echo Energy might be selling its contracted gas output,at little above local spot prices. And that is on top of declining gas production. Be careful. | helpfull

31/3/2021 09:08 | Happy loan day! They thought it was all over. It isn't now! Today is the £1,000,000 loan day. The first instalment of £100,000 to be paid by end of March 2021. $137,000 in todays money. Followed by £50,000 every three months until March 2022 when, because the loan couldn't be repaid last year the residual plus interest has to be repaid. 12% interest. So £1,000,000 next March. Then there is the $2,200,000 loan for compressors. Don't know about that? 70% interest to Echo Energy. $43,000 every month for 36 months. And what do the world beating BOD pay themselves? Last year their remuneration was $747,707. About $63,000 every month. Debt upon debt. The €25,000,000 loan has been put back. It accrues €2,000,000 interest every year. It is now up to €29,000,000. In three years it will be €35,000,000+. Oil production has fallen for Echo. Gas production is falling. Prices obtained have fallen. Be careful. | helpfull

30/3/2021 15:25 | Specsavers for you Rich. Keep watching over the coming sessions. ECHO will be opening a new mini-play in the prolific Palermo Aike led by MA and CL wells in the coming months which could transform production and potentially facilitate rejoining the TAPI AIKE partnership and go after 80-150ft of high pressure gas. Multi TCF potential. | knackers
