14/10/2022 17:43 | On behalf of Lombard Odier I would like to thank the mug punter for parting with his cash so a nice profit could be made. Keep up the good work on Monday. There are millions more on the way. Who would have thunk it? Be careful. | helpfull
14/10/2022 15:53 | Gap filled from yesterday me think. | maqsood7
14/10/2022 14:25 | Hands up. I got this wrong. Regards, F911 | firestorm911
14/10/2022 09:32 | Amazing that James, the parasite, parsons still chairman. This is the genius who run sound energy to the ground from the highs of a pound to couple of pennies. Losing pi,s loads of money while enriching himself and his buddies. | kasspass
13/10/2022 22:12 | No, they are going to sell shares for what the mug punter is willing to pay. And there are several billion to offload. But offload they will. They have been given a way out and make some money out of any fool that will let them. Can you afford it? Be careful. | helpfull
13/10/2022 21:19 | Why do you think "Bondholders (are) doing debt for equity at 76% premium"? Why would bondholders not "do debt for equity at parity" and thus receive more shares? They, like you, want to make as much money as they can out of the mug punter. The simple answer is that they accepted a conversion price at 0.45p rather than 0.25p because that was the best they could negotiate to release themselves from what they considered "junk" bonds. A worthwhile hit for a way out now, not in two years or ten years, but now. They will attempt to sell to the mug punter and recover some of their money. Eventually they will want to escape at any price and the value of Echo shares will be trashed. Over 5,000,000,000+ trashed. Be careful. | helpfull
13/10/2022 20:14 | did you not read the news dope? Bondholders doing debt for equity at 76% premium. Gas price are falling going forward. Are you going to pipe gas from your ass? what else can you tell us? | visionary warrior
13/10/2022 19:56 | Sonshareholders being diluted to oblivion. Still a shed load of debt. Still anaemic production increases .. gas prices probably falling going forward.. this is good news? | gregpeck7
13/10/2022 19:46 | So according to our lone deramper, someone sold 12m shares at 0.29p at 16.25, when spread was 27.5p bid and offer 28. | visionary warrior
13/10/2022 19:17 | 0.45-0.50 would be the correct closing share price tomorrow. Let’s see. | shanew48
13/10/2022 18:35 | More than likely the 12,000,000 was a sell. Never moved the price upwards. I would suggest Lombard might be selling their 213,000,000 debt interest shares received at 0.25p/share in August. They'll bowl them in as long as the mug punter will buy them. Followed by another billion any time soon. Be careful. | helpfull
13/10/2022 17:53 | he did say there was going to be delayed reporting of a big buy. | the hofer
13/10/2022 17:35 | 12 mill buy just before close! WOW! 13.10.22 16:25:29 0.29 GBX 12,000,000 34,800.00 Off-Book P LRGS | shanew48
13/10/2022 15:47 | Yep, should see 1p + in the coming days surely now! | shanew48 |
