15/12/2022 21:25 | Monday : 3,710,678 shares traded Tuesday : 966,220 shares traded Wednesday : 649,662,487 shares traded Thursday : 72,253,326 shares traded S.Marr sold 97,719,565 shares yesterday (6.73% of 1,452,491,345 on 17 Jun 2022). Someone else traded 550,000,000 shares yesterday. Be careful. | helpfull
15/12/2022 20:56 | I need tio say I am confused. Mr Marr as per the RNS sold down his 37m shares to zero yesterday. The LSE website says there was not much activity in the first three days of this week ie Monday the most active just 2.7m shares. Yet today per the LSE website 70m shares were traded. Help please | cerrito
15/12/2022 18:58 | It's a game of who blinks first loses. Two days after Lombard Odier revealed they are selling down their holding, Sebastian Marr, sells out his 97,719,565 holding. A case of last one out the door turn off the lights. His 97,719,565 shares only constitutes about 10% of the shares traded yesterday. The horses panicked and all tried to leave the stable. Make no mistake, the shares are going to be sold. A dirty game. Who will be next? Unless the mug punter invests his Chrimbo allowance on these puppies (3,000,000,000 of them) the shares are going to be leaked onto the market at ever reducing prices. There is no bottom. Be careful. | helpfull
15/12/2022 15:25 | Sadly, there are still about 3,000,000,000 shares that are loosely held and in need of a good home. Have shareholders been misdirected? "The conditional conversion of debt into equity at a large premium by our largest single debt holder represents a vote of confidence in the Company's future" Why would any large shareholder be offloading at about one third of that "large premiun" a few months later? Is it a vote of no-confidence in the Company's future? Be careful. | helpfull
15/12/2022 14:03 | To shovel more of this dung out the door they will need another big price drop. | gregpeck7
15/12/2022 09:43 | If anyone is thinking about having a gamble, please don't I bought at 1.1p, NOT the last 1.1p the one before the last consolidation ! You do the Maths ! Terrible Share :( | richpassi
15/12/2022 08:16 | Bunt but but.... The finest financial advisers are saying on twitter that "it's cheap" "seller out" " it's gonna fly" "massive bounce".... I mean it's such amazing advice that how can these gurus be wrong. | terminator101
15/12/2022 08:08 | Don't be mistaken. The whole rigmarole of converting debt into shares is about dumping the shares. There are 2 or 3 billion of the babies. They were converted at 0.45p (a 40% haircut) and are now being offloaded at 0.16p or lower if necessary. Peeps are not buying cheap shares but shares in a distressed company. After the debt reorganisation there is still much debt in place. Something like €10 million in bond debt and $19 million in trade payable debt. The naivety of potential shareholders is off the scale. Be careful. | helpfull
15/12/2022 07:17 | Lack of tr1's = the dumping is not over. Dump dump dump dumppity dump. | terminator101
14/12/2022 16:49 | If that is LO offloading it could get nasty here with the lack of buying interest even after a mighty fall.My hunch is 0.11p could be the key support to hang on to or its down to 0.0075p...this is AIM at its finest. Bucket shop sharks tend to have a mentality of sell at any price and MM,s will gladly oblige. I just hope this is not something more sinister like insiders selling ahead of bad news...shocking that no comment from the company while they see the shares trashed. | max holding
14/12/2022 16:39 | 6mill dumped at 0.145p - If he sells the lot then this will go below 0.1p - Very aggressive! | tomboyb
14/12/2022 16:30 | It does look like 0.1p or below that - Selling is relentless - | tomboyb
14/12/2022 16:20 | 0.10p would be nice, can't see it staying at that level for long with production 2k boe/pd plus next month. not many junior E&Ps with those CFs. | knackers
14/12/2022 15:59 | If the restructuring shares are being sold this will fall below 0.10p - That is the dilemma - | tomboyb
14/12/2022 15:52 | Be well pleased with sub 0.18 in a couple of weeks. Bargain | knackers
14/12/2022 14:53 | Lombard Odier tipping the scales considerably by the look of it. | steelwatch
14/12/2022 14:48 | If its the restructuring shares being sold ( just peeped through last RNSs), then this could go lower - I have to say you have to double check market cap correctly - | tomboyb |
