Another good month of passenger figures. Not too long before they are carrying 10million a month or rolling 100million per year. Quite an accomplishment. UK weather not been brilliant recently, August figures will show similar growth. :)

Well yet again another huge increase in passenger numbers for July at +8.9%.

So despite what the resident idiots keep spouting on here, EasyJet keep delivering with more passengers and with increased load factors not just month on month but also year to date.

Well done to the team at EasyJet.

So EasyJet has brexit to contend with on top of Ryanair slashing fares fuel rising overcapacity in the sector CEO leaving was the final nail in the coffin for me fair value right know in veiw of these factors is sub £10 timber sell sell sell

If you were Brussels, would you want to favour your own domestic European airlines or a non-European/foreign/UK airline?

Even Irish/European airline RyanAir is really concerned because, although not a UK airline, so many of their flights involve the UK.

In my opinion only, Brussels will use Brexit as a means for promoting domestic European airlines over foreign airlines.


Brexit negotiations are all ultimately about Trade Agreements (after political/immigration/freedom of movement etc issues are sorted) but I personally am hearing no soothing words whatsoever at this point in time from Brussels about UK airlines.

It seems to me that there will be little incentive for Brussels to want to promote non-European airlines for internal domestic European flights. Why would they?
