08/12/2022 15:36 | It's a while since we've had the normal cycle of reporting at DX but, when we have, we've got a trading update at the beginning of February and interims beginning of March. Hopefully they'll be sufficient to push the share price a way through 30p, especially if we get the forecast interim dividend of 0.6p and it confirms DX. on track for an EPS of 3.5p and cash of 7.3p/share for the year | ![]() stemis

28/11/2022 15:26 | Not sure the latest RNS is particularly significant in itself but it's littered with "ambitious growth plans, "continued growth and improvements to customer service and operational efficiencies" and "increased capacity, improved productivity, and raised efficiency levels". A very positive tone with just one month to go until the end of H1... | ![]() stemis
17/11/2022 18:25 | They ensure he got 3,251,255@28p AIM is corrupt and so is DX. should be suspended again | ![]() katsy
17/11/2022 16:54 | Looks like the 2017 plan options are slowly coming out, hence probably an overhang.....company needs to use its cash resources to hoover these up IMO and/or arrange for placing stock with institutions who want in....get the IR team motoring please Dx.! DYOR | ![]() qs99
17/11/2022 14:26 | If you are selling at 2x ev/EBITDA fcst 2023 you must have somewhere much better for your money! | ![]() nigelpm
17/11/2022 13:37 | I sold out over the last 2 days. DX are still good value but these are very difficult markets and the easy money 21 to 28p has been made imho. Small mkt cap companies always seem to struggle in difficult markets. Hope I am wrong, if I have a investment characteristic it is to buy good value early, but also to take profits early. Good luck holders here, hope the up trend continues. | ![]() wallywoo
16/11/2022 07:42 | Not even back to pre-suspension price yet, despite the massive progress made. Hopefully any of those big sellers from yesterday, possibly ex Chairman (?) will have gone, DYOR | ![]() qs99
15/11/2022 16:05 | Fair point SteMiS and v well presented for balance! Agreed re Dunn, but maybe Series is offloading. | ![]() qs99
15/11/2022 16:02 | If Dunn wants to sell his shares I doubt he'll drip feed them into the market. More likely the company brokers would try and place them with (an) institution(s) | ![]() stemis
15/11/2022 16:00 | For all the criticism levelled at Series and Dunn (and I'm not defending what happened during the suspension), let's remember that in the year they were appointed (October 2017) revenue was £299.5m, ebitda loss was £4.9m and company made a loss before exceptionals and tax of £12.3m. Fast forward 4 years and revenue is £428.2m (up 43%), ebitda £50.3m and profit before exceptionals and tax £20.6m. That's a pretty amazing turnaround in anyone's book and they deserve a lot of credit for it... | ![]() stemis
15/11/2022 15:51 | Ronald Series has a total beneficial holding of 2,434,294 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital. 15/11/2022 15:41 | Nice one disc0dave and agree holding on here for 60p+, yield next year as well, share buybacks well flagged.....maybe the old chairman/CEO shares are being off loaded hence the stock available? DYOR let's see...hope being hoovered up, looks like it DYOR | ![]() qs99
15/11/2022 15:23 | have to say, that puts wealthoracle into the "laugh out loud" bucket thanks Markie7 spot on haha..... p/e is also not the metric IMO, should be EV/EBITDA given cash gen etc etc... big 50,000 buy at full offer just in, wasn't you Markie was it?! SteMis I agree, was just throwing numbers out there DYOR | ![]() qs99

15/11/2022 14:56 | DX Group Plc posted Finals for the 52 weeks ended July 2nd this morning. Trading reached a 7 year high and the Group is well positioned for further progress. Both DX Freight and DX Express are posting solid growth. Group revenues were up 12% to £428.2m, operating profit up 46% to £22.1m and statutory PBT 64% to £17.4m. The Group operating margin was up to 5.8% (2021: 4.3%) and the target remains 7.5% -10.0% so there should be more bumper profit growth ahead. The balance sheet is also strengthening with net cash up 61% to £27m. Valuation looks relatively attractive with forward PE ratio at 7.7x and in the top third for the Freight & Logistics Services sector. The share price has been consolidating for the best part of 2 years and lacks a little momentum. DX is certainly a solid and growing business, but looks to be a share to monitor for now.... ...from WealthOracle hxxps://wealthoracle | ![]() kalai1
15/11/2022 14:16 | 2 X 2023 EBITDA is ridiculous as you say, why not 4-5X? 4 x forecast ebitda would be 46p and 5 x ebitda would be 56p. Doesn't make FinCap's 57p target look ambitious at all... | ![]() stemis
15/11/2022 12:38 | Looks like worst is behind us. Steady gains to come as this recovers to a more sensible valuation. | ![]() its the oxman |
