On top of this, there is a big question of bandwidth. How many projects can a team of one really deliver on a going basis...If #DKE is to become a Civitas or anything like...it needs to convince it can turn a pipeline into value at pace

Yes we need concrete results in terms of how the first deal has been achieved and at what price. The market is obviously disappointed having expected more information (and proof) about how the business model will actually work. We were told 2 months on April 11th and indeed given a RNS on June 11th but it was not directly relevant to the first deal. Hopefully more news soon.

The interesting thing from my perspective is the partnership with Inclusion rather than the limited information about the second acquisition.
Having a provider who will take any stock they manage to find takes the pressure off trying to simultaneously find properties, get planning and then find an approved local authority care provider.
Another piece of the puzzle for DKE to try to build a business that has longevity.
As I have posted on this forum numerous times, the fact is slowly but surely they appear to be delivering on their promises and the future is beginning to look a lot clearer and brighter.
