I think publishing private information that serves no purpose - e.g. where someone may live or their voting intentions - is utterly disgusting...and a very disreputable way of behaving....can't see what either issues or any f the things you posted, whether true or not, have on anything to do with DKE whatsoever...

My motive is to stimulate some discussion as to what he might know and why he is doing it.

I mean, the small market cap was there for us all to see - and this fella has taken advantage of it....makes my holding here look pitiful by contrast...anyway....he has provided some excitement while the board sort out their deals etc...it's good for everyone at the moment...let's hope it lasts

He's only been able to do this because of the very low marketcap of DKE. I don't know what his average purchase price was, but if it was around 0.5p his total outlay was in the region of £200,000 which is not a massive amount. He now has 12% stake, but what is his aim? Does he simply feel that the true value of DKE is the 2.3p suggested last year by a broker (provided the deals come off)? Does he want a seat on the board as you suggest? Is he buying on behalf of a consortium? Does he know the present management?
Hopefully all will be revealed quite soon.

I think the last broker note suggested a target price on the shares at 2.3p -

With so little stock showing at DKE, I expect the current modest uptick has well further to run.
