Invisage, thanks for this - worth listening too as massive potential growth story here - no wonder we have seen director buying recently. IMHO i think we will see more buying now results are out

I keep answering the point about a further fund raising

First of all that is what the stock market is there for and secondly when and if it happens it will be at a price significantly higher than today's

when one is a director of a company one would be aware of the improvement in trading and opening of new stores. what would be the cut off point for share trading before this information was released by rns to investors?

Chuffed, but still worried about cash burn and another dilution. Am trimming slightly and watching with keen interest.

Did DPP not see the loss per share drop to just over 0.8p loss in the second half last year, down from near 1.16p loss in the first half?

At that run rate the first half performance this year could be much lower or close to break-even with the addition stores added, if they are seeing sales growth in the 15-20% range still. The falling GBP versus the PLN in the past month has been around 10% which should enhance earnings in GBP. Having done a £5m refinancing last year to roll out their own stores, this may be a potential game changer as they are well funded for their plans and will not face the dilution going forward which they felt from the fund-raising last year.

I've noted non-exec Chris Moore buying 2m shares since June which is what caught my eye with these shares. I'll be watching the July trading update with interest which I assume they will have similar to last year. I'll be taking my view from there as to whether this is an investment right for me but DPP certainly looks interesting bearing in mind the history of Domino elsewhere in the world.

A back test of 30p would be a good level for an entry.
