Might be of interest to a poster here!

Pizzas worth dough
I was idly wandering past the Watch Centre, on New Bond Street, the other day when my eye was caught by a Rolex with a Domino’s Pizza logo on the face. Apparently, such watches used to be awarded to the world’s top-performing Domino’s franchisees at an annual rally. Contrary to what I had expected, a Domino’s-branded Rolex actually commands a premium to the same watch sans logo. Watch Centre has two such watches up for sale, each priced at £2,950. That would buy an awful lot of pizzas.

I know I am banging on but I regard that buy as particularily significant. He could have put in £100k of his own money last year at 15p.He choose now. The risk/reward must be excellent

Have a look at Peel Hunts note. They did what an investor should do and went to Poland. They are extremely positive

I shouldn't bombard the DPP board with EZH info, but I plan to watch very closely. Looks attractive for sure.

I have stayed there several times (Old Street and Victoria hotels) and really liked the concept and also the price - not to mention the prime locations.

Will take a look at the EZH advfn board shortly, thanks again for mentioning it!

What attracted me to Easyhotel is this 15% return on capital that they say they will get. I'm involved in property and I certainly cant get that. Their two recent acquisitions if they build them out/ refurbish at the numbers they have given look very jammy. Almost too easy if you will forgive the pun.

Thanks Hybrasil, I use a bit of NPV/fundamental analysis, but it's all witchcraft at the end of the day, too many variables.

I honestly think gut instinct is the only way forward.

I didn't know Easyhotel had IPO'ed, stayed there a few times when in the big smoke. Looks attractive!

Thank you for going to that effort and for your post.

I just dont invest like that.

I bought into fevertree in March. I have nearly tripled my investment.

I bought into autotrader and have done well but not so well in Easyhotel up only 2%.

I like buying names and I did so well out of the original dom that I feel that the possibility exists of a stellar price rise.

That doesnt exist in your financial model.

I fully appreciate that you are going about it the way an investor should. Thats
not my way.

Currently on my watch list are Jimmy Choo (which my wife wont let me buy as she says the heels only last one wear)and hostelworld which I foolishly missed out when I was asked to invest in it privately many years prior to its flotation.
