My short term target of 400-420 reached - still on the same downward trend except for an odd trade at 419 today. I don't have access to level 2 so don't know what is being offered to trade but the trend doesn't seem to be bottoming out yet - so wait a bit, I think.

Just a quick one, yes I think it will return to 380ish. I caught the bounce, it was based on the TA. The news was the catalyst, but this will take a while to take effect in the earnings.

Huttonr.
Your near term target now reached.
I will not buy again unless and until they are in the £3.80 range. Its only 10% from where they are now.

Peel Hunt stated today that they believe DOM is 'good value' at 440p.

I really can't see the 590p target being reached anytime in the next 12 months but my near term target of 400-420 looks to be reached this month - probably time to buy then.
Or does anyone think they will drop back to the 380 level - apart from hybrasil?

they touched 4.70.
I waited too long but sold at 4.40.
Poor markets and much less coverage of the rns than I thought would be forthcoming.
They will go all the way back to £3.80 ish?

eboffin,

I agree, however i do feel that the recent rise is more based on Charting technicals rather than the news(it was a catalyst though). The upfront costs involved will dilute the value of the share price until they start to see the benefit of the acquisistion over the next year or so.

I agree. I can see the company more than doubling in size and the share price more so. I think the market believed they were reaching saturation in the UK and so future growth would be low. This news changes that BIG time.

However, there are going to be upfront costs before the profits start rolling in. Also, a strong Euro and weak pound would help.

Well 400 stores in Germany over the next 10 years would make a big difference, and it's possible that figure could be a good deal higher than that, assuming management execute successfully.

Yeap good news and growth firmly back on the agenda now. I'm looking for the shares to retrace their fall and move back up to around 470-480p.

Although 350p gives the strongest support, 400p is a possible too. He who dithers..

Mind you, the traditionally weakest time of year for the markets is coming, even if last year wan't that bad - so watch out!

hybasil, yes I would buy back near £3.00. Not in the same size that I had previously. But in the view that the Olympics is not that far away and should be a significant income booster.

philanderer, are you still holding? What are your thoughts?
