Domino's Pizza UK & IRL is one of the darlings of the stock market. It is an expansive,
innovative company, with excellent cash generation and strong management that
continues to drive the brand forward. It would seem that at this time there is very little
holding the company back in its impressive growth. We view the shares as a buy.

Royal Windsor Racecourse get a pizza the action

March 25, 2010

Royal Windsor Racecourse are delighted to announce an innovative partnership with Domino's Pizza for the 2010 season.

The Domino's Pizza Champion Stable Best Turned out Horse Award.

Every race at Royal Windsor Racecourse in 2010 will carry a Domino's Pizza "Best Turned out Horse" award of a delicious large pizza.

At the end of the season the stable with the most pizza awards will win a Domino's Pizza Party for the stable.

Traditional awards from race sponsors will still apply and a league table will be updated weekly on our website.

Georgina Wald, corporate communications manager of Domino's Pizza Group said:

"As a company, we always want to have the best turned out pizzas – so supporting the Best Turned Out Horse seems a natural link up!

"Grooms are very dedicated to their art and this is a nice way to add something extra in rewarding those who have gone the extra mile to make sure their horse looks extra special."

Think yesterday might have been a bear trap...Or even a bear and a bull trap..

Pump up in the morning...get bulls to go long/add then dump it hard to scare any of the weak bulls and force them to close and also pull in the bears..and screw them too..

All in all pressure building for more upside..

Much better performance today with over 800k traded (double the recent daily average)

Chart looking good again especially if we can break and hold above 345p.

Indeed Phil...volumes looking a lot healthier..330p was a bargain..

We havent seen a daily chart like the current one for a while now, with the continuous steps up after a small pullback. Leads me to believe the break could be on again and sharpish by the looks of today's price action..

Hi philanderer,

I think we need some good news to get out of this slight dip and maybe the 30th will give it to us.

Thanks for providing all the useful information for this BB - it must sometimes look like you're talking to yourself.

"WI stock picks: Dough to be made at Domino's"

Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland looks set to offer some spring market cheer when it announces its first quarter interim management statement next Tuesday (30 March).

The company has been a firm favourite of analysts during the recession, but recent broker guidance suggests that further good news is on the cards as recent sales figures have already shown that early 2010 sales outperformed those of early 2009.

At the company's annual general meeting next week, the pizza delivery company is expected to confirm that the volume of pizzas sold is increasing and that customers have once again increased the amount of spend-per-order.

Nick Raynor, investment adviser at The Share Centre, said that although the economy is improving people are still keeping their purse strings tight and Domino's should continue to benefit from this for some time to come.

He said, 'The positive figures for the year have also persuaded the company to increase the number of new stores they plan to open a year from 50 to 55. We recommend as a 'buy' for investors looking for growth at a higher risk.'

Thanks for the link FTB

We could do with something.....four down days in a row so far this week - very little volume though.
