13/10/2009 11:53 | Anyone looking at GBR ? | mr hangman
13/10/2009 11:22 | trt, I am always looking for good short opportunities. Please post it on here when you find one. c2i | contrarian2investor
08/10/2009 18:13 | Imo Dominos is a FTSE100 company in the making :-) | jon827
08/10/2009 15:55 | Has to be a good short from these levels !! | trt
08/10/2009 15:16 | RoyalT & gipps, All the best of fortune to you both. I have held since IPO and continue hold. Jon827, Whilst a special dividend would not go a miss. I can't see it in this climate. However I can see a significant % increase in the next dividend payout. We now have a breakout and I would like to see it find support at £2.90 and then £3 before the next set of results come out. c2i | contrarian2investor
07/10/2009 10:01 | or break out coming? | jon827
07/10/2009 10:00 | double top????? | gucci
07/10/2009 08:47 | Imo its all about people stopping at home rather than trading down and I think the trend will continue into 2010, this is my perfect JDW hedge. And when the company releases rns like the last one the only way can be up. I think a special div could be on the cards soon. "With this phase of its infrastructure development expenditure now substantially complete, the Company looks forward to utilising its continued strong cash generation in enhancing cash returns to shareholders. " | jon827
06/10/2009 21:41 | Tipped to rise from 290 to 390 in 12 months,by Share Crazy, trouble is Dominos has been a bit of a recession beater. The pizzas aren't cheap compared to Goodfellas but they are not tainted by being downmarket. Essentially I think the market has been for the majority who have kept our jobs, but have not wanted to be seen dining out at Pizza Express as its not cool to be splashing the cash.....my fear is that 08/09 devotees will be up for a change next year. This is hardly a unique or inimitable product. | mryesyes
03/10/2009 14:30 | Hi Royalt i sold my entire holding the day before the results came out at 287 every time previously they put out good results and the share price went down so i sold the day before.I too will be keeping my eye on these having held them for the last two years and got my money back more or less would like to go againg and try and get it right next time but with a p/e of 29 i think they do look a tadd expensive. | gipps
02/10/2009 11:32 | Sold out my entire holding this morning at 294. Think we might be in for a market correction and Dom might go down with it. Could be wrong though, but just being cautious now after the 50% odd general market rally. Although I do hope we get past 300p for those who are still holding. | royalt
01/10/2009 08:25 | Good results again. Imo this is one of the few companies that have done really well in the recession. "As a result of strong trading in the third quarter, the Board believes it is on track to exceed market expectations for the full year." | jon827
30/9/2009 13:47 | Solid as a rock gipps...Think we are gearing up to take out 300p this week. Happy days :) | royalt
24/9/2009 13:08 | Royalt Nearly there 200,000 buys and only 50,000 sells and we are on the way again | gipps
19/9/2009 00:44 | gipps, momentum says UP. Look at the volumes also. Theres some serious accumulation going on. Most likely the fund managers again, spare cash sloshing around, DOM has always been a good bet over the years. Solid favourite of the fundies. Shorts will get burnt. Thursdays movement was a classic bear trap...I'll say it once more, there's better short stock candidates out there. Leave St DOM alone :) | royalt
18/9/2009 19:28 | Royalt any guesses which way this will go on Monday seems a roller coaster at the moment nearly on money back for me having stuck with these for 2 years. | gipps
18/9/2009 17:25 | gucci - I was a month out...Almost 300p..Just a few more ticks to go. | royalt
18/9/2009 17:22 | Oh deary me...Don't know why shorters bother, its not a shorting stock...Theres more shortable stocks out there on the market. Hope they have realised that now. | royalt
18/9/2009 16:29 | stock rallied before close today, closed my short early today and have just shorted the stock again around 290p. | littleloxley
18/9/2009 15:03 | Never mind £2.40 looks like there is serious support at £2.70 to me | gipps
18/9/2009 08:53 | Yet again moving down I think there might be support at £2.40 ahead of the results | trt
17/9/2009 12:05 | I agree trt - whilst I think the stock is solid I believe it struggles to find continued support at these levels. into profit nicely now. | littleloxley
17/9/2009 11:33 | Well i remeber not that long ago when they were over £3 and since then they still keep banging in solid results and growth so i hope to get my money back one day and maybe some profit mean while they have been paying a good dividend | gipps |
