Daily Telegraph today...

"Questor share tip: Buy Domino's Pizza - it's not just a recession winner"

"Domino's was touted by some as one of the big winners of the recession – but it looks as if it will be a winner in the recovery as well. The company has accelerated its new store opening plans to 55 a year from 50 and management are upbeat on prospects."

jon,

Well I wouldnt advise on you getting back in again now, only you can decide whether you still see further upside.

I sure do, so i addition to my share holding I have taken out a £15pp spread bet long this early this morning.

Seems to have perked up well since then.

I think that spike down to 305p yesterday may have shaked out all the weak longs and trapped quite a few bears in as well.

I think a major move up from here towards 400p is a real possibility, especially if the general markets continue their rebound.

Good bounce back now after the 'sell on the news'.

Subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting on 30 March 2010 the final dividend will be payable on 31 March 2010 to shareholders on the register as at 26 February 2010.

Nice spot philanderer

Yer I agree RT, Its not like they are issuing profit warnings or anything it was a bit strange. Maybe he thinks the price looks a bit too high.

Jon,

Just checked NT site, yup he's short as of 21st Jan at 321. Target 300. Stop 326. Apparently he closed for £60 profit? Dunno about that?!

Think it was a really stupid short for him to take on. There's a lot better shorting candidates out there than dom.
