04/5/2007 14:58 | Thank you sam66 and trt. | slowinvestor
04/5/2007 07:59 | Yes all you need to do is multiply your previous holding by 3.2 | trt
03/5/2007 21:44 | There was a share split I think your right with 3.2 check back a few posts and there are some calcs | sam66
03/5/2007 21:41 | could any one tell me please what happend at Domino's Pizza. The share price was over £7.00 recently butis now around £250.00. I have heard that ther has been a share split - 1 share = 3.2 shares. Does this means that if you had 100 shares of £7.00 each, you now have 320 shares of £250 each. | slowinvestor
03/5/2007 09:02 | CPH results next month | holgerl
02/5/2007 08:09 | Should see some very positive comments in the Shares Mag tomorrow and Investors Chronicle on Friday. Could see Market Makers marking up the share price from the open tomorrow | trt
01/5/2007 12:50 | Considering over 2M have just been sold for £2.50 the share price is only 5p down. I think brokers need/soaking up the surplus? We need to consolidate/some profit takers before upwards methinks again! | theeagle2
01/5/2007 12:43 | anyone see this blue today? | sven2006
01/5/2007 07:04 | hybrasil, Point taken - i will place it on my watch list regards trt | trt
01/5/2007 06:48 | TRT Dominos itself was 60p odd before falling to 32p where I bought. GBR is in its infancy. | hybrasil
30/4/2007 16:45 | Yes they do - house brokers always underestimate Momentum investor - they were just commenting on final results didn't comment on AGM statement. I would expect them to comment come the Interims: Domino's Pizza - April 2007 Following its positive year end trading statement, there were few surprises unveiled by Domino's Pizza's final results. For the year to 31 December, they were again superlative with pretax profit rising 28% to £14.3m on system sales ahead nearly 20% to £240m. Earnings ... | trt
30/4/2007 15:45 | "I think we all know brokers always underestimate so actual profit results will look better when announced to the market"...... "buy on the slightest weakness..." .....total rubbish | gibbo1
30/4/2007 15:36 | trt...dom wasn't in momentum investor this month | justjules
30/4/2007 15:29 | I notice DOM has been tipped as a strong BUY in Momentum Investor this month | trt
30/4/2007 14:29 | Grabbed myself some more shares this afternoon - buy on the slightest weakness is my rule of thumb. The upside from here as we approach the Interims is huge !!! | trt
30/4/2007 10:18 | 3.2 - so if you were holding prior to the split then you should now have 3.2 times as many shares as before. | trt
30/4/2007 10:01 | Does anyone know the adjustment factor to use for the share split. Investors Chronicle usually publishes it but I can't find it in last weeks issue. | bellymonster
30/4/2007 09:30 | hybrasil, GBR was £1.20 in July last year and is now .45p and it reported widening losses in March so thanks for the tip but I will stick with DOM who's profits will exceed market expectations. regards | trt
30/4/2007 09:20 | See my post 626. Since posting the share price of Global Brands gbr (swiss dominos) has gone up over 10%. Its still very cheap imo. | hybrasil
30/4/2007 09:01 | £8.32 Once the Interims are out the broker upgrades will have to be substantially increased and I would expect them to be in the region of £3.75 - £4.00 or £12 - 31.80 in old money | trt
30/4/2007 09:00 | What is £2.60 in the old share price? | hybrasil
30/4/2007 08:53 | Yes, but in all the previous statements ever made by DOM's they have never stated that profits will exceed market expectations ( let alone in only the first four months of the financial year ). This is what really makes the difference and the prospects for growth are huge what with the ever increasing online platform and the new store openings. Brokers already pencilling in profits of £17.20m and I think we all know brokers always underestimate so actual profit results will look better when announced to the market. So DOM's will beat this figure no problem at all !! Just watch the share price then !!!!!!! | trt
30/4/2007 08:43 | Be careful to read the caveat in the AGM statement, and remember that share price is about future profits, not past | gibbo1 |
