25/1/2007 08:33 | Could we breach 700p today that will be a first. | mitzis
24/1/2007 21:33 | hybrasil, What do you think : Private Equity company sniffing about - remember they like companies that are highly cash generative ? Nigel Wray again upping his stake and on the point of launching a bid as he is very close to the required 29%? News circulating that DOM will smash revised profit forecasts of £14m for period ending 31/12/06 - results due to be announced on the 21st Feb ? | trt
24/1/2007 20:18 | This is beginning to look a little bit more than just exciting. | hybrasil
24/1/2007 17:13 | Hi trt I don't have many of these £65 p/p that's not a reflection on the stock as I originally bought at 50p (wish I still held those) when they listed, just have a few to keep my eye in confident they will continue to grow results are going to be good . | sam66
24/1/2007 16:45 | Good move sam66, I find buying at the open ( 08.00hrs - 09.30hrs ish ) always seems to pay off as the price then rises throughout the day as more buyers come in. Thinking about the results it would be good to see this year a special dividend (on top of the usual year end dividend ) instead of a tender offer or buyback of shares. This would excite the city as well, as they just love special divdends when profit forecasts have been beaten - a bit like the icing on the cake !!!! | trt
24/1/2007 16:31 | Just got a few more before close ;) | sam66
24/1/2007 16:13 | Sam66, Still time to top up !! | trt

24/1/2007 15:17 | Well, I still say £7.50 by the results next month ( 21st Feb )and if DOM's profits are ahead of the expected £14m then £8 will very shortly follow. I topped up this morning !! | trt
24/1/2007 09:40 | The chart suggests a breakout anytime now... | mitzis
23/1/2007 10:21 | Up we go again - this breakout has real strength !!! | trt
22/1/2007 10:16 | tt, I agree, however the tender offer was last year when the overall number of shares was reduced thereby increasing everyone's holding, but it was only two weeks ago that his holding was 26.40% and now its 27.51% regards trt | trt
22/1/2007 10:00 | I think that Nigel Wray will not have tendered any shares in the tender offer recently but that the overall no. of shares of the company has reduced from about 52.9m to about 51.5m . Every holding then increases in % terms. tt | talltalk
22/1/2007 08:46 | Regarding Nigel Wray - its also interesting to note that under Stock Exchange rules if a shareholder's holding reaches 29% that shareholder is obliged to inform the company if they will be lauching a takeover for the company. | trt
22/1/2007 07:57 | Nimmo at top of his game IAN McCONNELL, Business Editor Herald Newspaper January 22 2007 Scotland's leading fund managers HARRY Nimmo, who runs Standard Life's £270m UK Smaller Companies fund, has topped The Herald's table of the best-performing investment managers working for Scottish players for a third consecutive month. Nimmo held top position comfortably when investment performances for the three years to December 31 were compiled by financial publisher Citywire. He was in fourth position UK-wide for a third consecutive month. Nimmo continues to "like" software and restaurant stocks. He pointed out about 9% of his fund was currently invested in restaurants. Holdings include Carluccio's, Restaurant Group, Caffé Nero, and Domino's Pizza. | trt
21/1/2007 22:52 | I think N. Wray's top up goes to show how much confidence he has in Domino's continuing to outperform. | trt
21/1/2007 10:09 | Interesting about Nigel Wray, he probably paid the same for that one per cent as he did for the other 26%, he has made a fortune out of this one. I am not sure what the rns will say, but that rise on Friday was shall we say...........nice | cambium
20/1/2007 10:01 | I would guess it was tipped somewhere. There were lots of very small trades. | hybrasil
20/1/2007 09:55 | Its only another 1% nothing to get excited about any reason for yesterdays rise..? | mitzis
19/1/2007 22:07 | Very interesting indeed - When I last looked ( two weeks ago ) at the list of major shareholders and their % holdings Nigel Wray ( multi - millionaire private investor )had 26.40% - I looked this evening and he now has 27.51%. He seems to have upped his stake !!!! | trt
19/1/2007 17:27 | Great day trading today. | mitzis
19/1/2007 17:05 | Cambium, Relating to what ? Do you mean they could possibly be announcing a move to the FTSE 350 Index from AIM ( Market Cap needs to be above £100m and DOM are £362m ) - Fund managers usually start buying ahead of entry !!!! cheers trt | trt
19/1/2007 17:00 | rns monday me thinks | cambium |
