12/1/2007 10:02 | ok so it has just gone £6.42p bid. This is my first share ever to be a 20 bagger. I bought initially at 32p and sold half at 64p. It has been a fantastic ride. | hybrasil
12/1/2007 08:11 | Upgrades KBC Peel Hunt - Pre Tax profits for 2007 of 16.27m Panmure Gordon - Pre Tax profits for 2007 of £16.22m As usual I am sure Dominos will exceed these estimates as they normally exceed all estimates, so further upgrades to come I expect as we progress through the year. | trt
11/1/2007 13:19 | I notice Altrium Securities reiterates its BUY recommendation on DOM this morning | trt
11/1/2007 11:44 | Great news trt I am watching even more closely.. cheers. | mitzis
11/1/2007 11:42 | Hi mitiz, If I can firstly say £6.70 WILL NOT do for me. Looking at the revised profit upgrades for 2007 and 2008 they make fantastic reading. The UK pizza market will be worth £1.8bn by 2009 ( as I posted yesterday )and DOM will benefit hugely and I cannot under estimate this point. Secondly, we have a chart breakout and with that comes momentum and strong momentum as well. There are currently no resistance points if you follow the graph lines upwards and the MM's are currently marking up sharply with largish buys when they come through. I could go on and on about new store openings, online margins ,new product lines, additional advertising etc etc all of which will boost profits hugley now year after year. I expect an extremely positive statement in the results regarding trading going forward and this time next year I would conservatively estimate the share price to be the region of £7.80 - £8.45 Top up now while you can at these levels | trt
11/1/2007 10:20 | 670p will do me fine trt but I'm not sure of the time frame. | mitzis
11/1/2007 09:42 | Strong momentum behind this now and we should see £6.70+ before the results on the 20th Feb Shares magazine and / or Investotrs Chronicle are bound to make comments in their publications come next week ( Thursday and Friday ) with regards to the " profits will beat market forecasts " statement from the company. This will bring in even more buyers pushing the price even higher !!! | trt
11/1/2007 08:26 | Up we go Level 2 looking strong !!! With the chart breakout there won't be a resistance line which is excellent news - enjoy the ride !!! | trt
11/1/2007 07:59 | Hi Keran, Good to see you here. Yes we do have a chart breakout which means we should move strongly ahead from here, so make sure you have a bucket load and you will get the full 20% return I mentioned yesterday. | trt
11/1/2007 00:03 | Hi trt, I thought I would join you here. Do we have a chart breakout !!!! | keran
10/1/2007 21:24 | I notice Greg Feehely, analyst at Altium Securities comments : " Domino's continues to extend its market leadership and furthermore the business still has the opportunity to more than double in size for relatively minor incremental infrastructure investment - the scale benefits of this should be significant," By 2009 it says the UK pizza delivery market alone will be worth £1.8bn. | trt
10/1/2007 17:19 | Also interesting to note the following comment in the trading update : " Online pizza orders have grown sharply, it said, with sales increasing by 43.8% in 2006 and with sales of £20.1m in the UK. " Online sales have higher prices approximately 25% higher than orders placed by phone so superb news !!! | trt
10/1/2007 13:14 | Yes that was one decent trading statement. Brokers upgrades will filter through over the next few days and into next week. As a result of BUY notes brokers will be advising their private clients to buy, again pushing the shares higher still. Price target of £7.50 from current levels by Numis Securities is a healthy 20% return - very good indeed !! Looking forward to the results on the 20th Feb when the headlines in the press will be " Domino Pizza's profits exceed market expectations " and then in come even more buyers !!! | trt
10/1/2007 12:56 | The Telegraph say hold, but Numis and Altium say buy, the former with a £7.50 target. Panmure Gordon also upped their target:- LONDON, January 9 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Panmure Gordon & Co maintain their "buy" rating on Domino's Pizza Inc (EZV.BER), while raising their estimates for the company. The target price has been raised from 600p to 720p. In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported robust sequential growth in its 2H LFL sales due to product launches and price hikes. The analysts express their optimism regarding Domino's Pizza's growth prospects. The EPS estimate for 2006 has been raised from 18.8p to19.7p. | fromtheblue
10/1/2007 12:18 | Can you copy and oaste the article please.. | mitzis
10/1/2007 09:12 | The telegraph today says hold as well | hybrasil
09/1/2007 13:37 | So, if the "likely" growth is already factored in, why buy? | sugarbee
09/1/2007 10:59 | its factoring in the likely growth | hybrasil
09/1/2007 10:18 | How come this is on a P/E of about 30. Isn't that rather high? | sugarbee
09/1/2007 09:15 | The adrenaline rush brigade are not interested in larger steadily growing companies like DOM. However, I bet long term DOM will have provided much greater returns than some of the fashionable tiddlers. Fantastic update that indicates an even greater rate of growth towards the year end. As with most of the retail sector, on-line sales exhibit considerable and profitable growth. It will be interesting to see how large the EPS figure is in February's finals - I am expecting a considerable hike in the dividend again - maybe also another buyback of 3-5% of the shares. Sitting tight. | fromtheblue
09/1/2007 09:14 | Very confidant/positive Update. Hybrasil - With further buybacks possible, its onwards to &6.50 by June | theeagle2
09/1/2007 09:07 | It often amuses me that companies like this have so few posts on their threads when some very unexciting tiddlers can have thousands. | hybrasil |
